Best Arlington Hotels

Pros: New Yorker first time driving to Boston, so i need a hotel that provide parking. This hotel provide free and pretty safe parking in their basement which is excellent for interstate driving travelers. Beside free parking, this hotel also great for sightseeing Boston via public transportation. There is a bus stop right across the street. Bus 77 will go straight to the Red Line Harvard Station. You can transfer to Red Line and go straight to the city. Or you can transfer to Bus 1, which will take you to nearby Boston University and Newbury St. From Newbury St stop, you can transfer to the Green Line at Hynes Convention Center Station. There are a lot of attractions right on the Green Line for you to explore. When you are done with your travel, u can take Red Line or Bus 1 back to Harvard Station, then transfer 77 and it will take you back right next to the hotel. This hotel also provide free breakfast in my booking. The breakfast is nice but will be better if it can last to 10am during the weekdays. (6-9weekdays, 7-10 weekends) The room is not bad, pretty big with table, kitchen, refrigerator, sofa, two tvs and a bed. The room I have is pretty clean and I do not have much to complain. The hotel staffs are nice too. Cons: The mattress is not too hard or soft and is comfortable for me. However, it is little too noisy when you try to move or turn. The bathtub is slippery when you step in it, especially where there’s water in it. I have to grab the pole tight every time. The hotel need to address this issue for safety.

The location is very good, and it is very convenient to Harvard Square, Seaport, and downtown. Although the hotel facilities are a bit old, it is very clean overall and the service is professional.

Breakfast costs $ 20, but the hotel is connected to Starbucks, so you can choose Star Dad. A little bit of trouble is that after Ctrip booked the hotel, the hotel charge was more than 100 yuan more than the room rate, and the pre-authorization deposit of 50 yuan was checked on the spot and paid separately. This is far worse than the Ctrip customer service has not yet received a response and solution. In addition, most of the waiters in the hotel are black, and the service awareness is slightly poor. One day I came back once in the afternoon, and I used to put the tip for the next day on the bedside table, but I came back at night and found that it was gone ...

Very helpful staff, there's also a shuttle that gets you to the nearby train and bus stations, that was very helpful! Housekeeping comes only on the fourth day which they said now it's the protocol for all the hotels, the breakfast is decent though I preferred having more options, especially in cheese 😅 everything else was very nice, it's clean and the room was spacious, everyone was willing to help, I highly recommend it :)

The hotel is very close to Harvard campus. Parents of undergraduate freshmen like to stay here, so it is difficult to book here during the school's undergraduate parent activities. Be sure to book early to visit freshmen. The hotel price is also related to the school's event time. The food is average. It is better to go to Harvard Square or Annenberg with your children for dinner.

I arrived at the hotel at 8am, and they kindly accommodated my early check-in. There was a drink bar next to the check-in counter, so I was able to relax and have a cup of coffee while I waited. I would definitely use this service again the next time I visit Harvard.
