The room had a dank, musty smell (a friend stayed in another room and his smelled the same), there were stains on the carpet and the desk legs, the towels had stains that looked like everything from makeup to neon paint, the pillowcases had makeup on them, the shower floor was peeling, the curtains were discolored, there were long black hairs in the bedsheets when I arrived, the inside of the Keurig was rusted. The pool area had no towels and the pool bathroom was locked and even after I went inside to let the front desk know this, it was another 10 minutes before someone came out to unlock the bathroom, but they did not have the right key, and we had to go inside and use a hallway bathroom. On my last morning, I called the front desk to have coffee cups and a spoon brought to my room, and was told room service would bring the cups but that i would need to come to the front desk for the spoon. The cups never arrived and an hour later, I checked out of the room. I have backpacked my way through Central America, staying in hostels, and this was my worst accommodation ever experienced.

My room was on the second floor, no elevator. Clean but a little tattered. Quiet and fine for sleeping. The wifi worked well. No housekeeping service - which has become common since COVID - but no one mentioned that there would be no service. My room in the ”Manor House” wing looked nothing like the pictures on site.. Half that size and much more elderly. Again, clean, comfortable and adequate. Next time I will be sure to get a better room.

The rooms look as if they are remodeled definitely worth the stay for the price the breakfast is great. However the ladies at the front desk could be a little more polite. I just felt rushed and like they didn’t want to deal with me at all. But overall a great stay!

Good stay, friendly staff. Rooms are little old,but i heard that they will be doing a renovation soon. Lobby still closed which is understandable,Starbucks is just in working distance. Dennys is next door. Family park next door. Overall very convenient. less

Very well satisfied with the motel and customer service very helpful and very nice.

The location was close to the highway but not affected by highway noise, far enough away. It was also close to the back way to Roseville Mall, restaurants, shopping. They have 24 hour security services so it was a breath of fresh air as we were vandalized at our stay in the SureStay hotel on Canterbury in broad daylight. So, this is worth the distance from downtown Sacramento which is now quite unsafe. The bed was comfortable and the staff very willing to help. The breakfast is a bag one so it’s not spectacular. The Tv was quite good as we caught some of the Olympic Games on it.

This is a motel, but fortunately the health is OK Typical nineties equipment Breakfast: Because of the epidemic, they did not give breakfast to the dine-in, they prepared it and took it back to eat. Except for milk, everything else was not tasty. Mind the noise, the small refrigerator and air conditioner in the logistics will be very noisy. I haven't slept well for two nights. The only reason I slept well was because I didn't sleep the day before. The soundproofing of the hotel is also not good. The entrance and exit of the next room will be very dynamic. Whoever passes the corridor can hear it clearly. At nine in the morning, the couple next to the east awakened. The cleanest hotel, Wonderful staff all around cheapest deposit around best breakfeat,lounge and patio to enjoy family time will be back to enjoy the lounge pool spa breakfast.With my cancer its the nicest cleanest place around

Great hotel and location. The customer service was on point and provided me with the necessary kitchen utensils and shampoo. The room was clean and had a kitchen with fridge and microwave. Would definitely book again.
