I booked a room for a guest over Thanksgiving. She was traveling with her adult son and needed some accommodations for her health issues. So I booked her here, at the Towneplace Suites. I like the larger rooms that you find in an extended-stay suites hotel. This hotel had a free breakfast, which was necessary for her son. I specifically asked for a low floor, near an elevator, to minimize walking if I could. I checked her in early, on the app. When we got there, the room keys were all ready. Her room was on the ground floor, by the side door, away from all the traffic of the front desk. It was wonderful! Just what we needed for someone who has walking limitations. She didn't have to walk down long corridors, just came in through the side door. Her son brought her breakfast in the morning. I don't think she ever made it to the lobby. So we got a quiet room, convenient for her, large enough for two adults, and amenities that the son loved. There are six Marriott-brand hotels by this airport, and I am convinced that I found the right one. Major kudos to the staff at the reception desk who had everything ready for us, even though we arrived early. Great job!

It was so pleasant from the hotel community environment to getting there and easily finding truck parking to taking less than 10mins to get into my room. The room was clean no smells or scents or hairs. I sleep in hotels 5 days a week and i never use hotel towels and i bring my sheet to place on the beds but this hotel i showered barefoot coz the tub was clean and i layed on the bed and covered with all hotel stuff. Perfect spot. Very clean. I wish i could get this hotel rate in each city i go daily....i would use quality inn 5 days a week!
