I made a reservation batting the day before, and when I arrived the next day, I was very grateful that Starf changed for free.
However, I was worried about the adult son and the trip, and the shower room which was rounded in the room, and the result refused, and I couldn't stay.
Location is superb, it is right next to the Efes Museum. We had a car so it wasn’t a big deal for us to go to the ancient city and the Virgin Mary’s tomb but even if we hadn’t, there are plenty of choices of public transportation. You can even walk to the ruins of the ancient city. The breakfast was nice, the staff was sincere and helpful. The cafe next to the hotel has good tea. And there are a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. The castle is only a few hundreds away from the hotel.
The environment is good, very close to the museum. It is also quiet. The facilities feel that Wi-Fi is particularly poor, can't connect, or the speed is very slow, the water alkali in the kettle is particularly large, and the half bottle can't be drunk after the kettle is boiled. The boss recommended a restaurant in Agora, which was more pitted. Later I said that this hotel was not good. I changed one. He recommended another, which is good. Then there was no toothpaste. The store ran out and bought one. I wanted to ask for money. Later I said that it should not be. Finally, I didn't ask for it.

I like this hotel very much. The feeling of staying, the location and the service are all very good.
The hotel is very close to Ephesus, and it takes about ten minutes to drive there. The hotel is an exquisite B&B with an independent garden. The small garden, swimming pool and rooms are very unique. The facilities are complete, hygienic and adequate. The room has a small balcony, which is just right for luggage.
The service was very good, very welcoming, no issues whatsoever.
Self-driving friends should pay attention to parking. The hotel does not seem to have a parking lot. I parked on the roadside in front of the hotel. The boss said that there is surveillance and monitoring, so it is no problem (I think there is definitely no illegal parking here). Of course, you can ask the boss to help you find a solution after arriving at the hotel.
There is a large local restaurant just ten minutes' walk away. It's delicious and not expensive. It's very convenient.
Outstanding service and friendliness. Made to feel like part of the family and at ease. Great advice given of tours to join and places to visit as well as where to eat…take their advice it is amazing. Room was really comfortable and had everything you would need. It was located in the perfect location to get to where you needed and wanted to go. Really close to restaurants and saint johns church. Breakfast was amazing and the coffee was probably the best I’ve had so far in Turkey!
I would definetly stay here again. Thank you for the amazing stay!
OVERALL: Hotel is located at the heart of Selcuk town center. It looks like a shop (there is an area in the lobby that displays gemstones that look like it's for sale), they also have a 24 hr reception. Check in is very speedy, I arrived late but there are no issues. On weekends, the market is right outside of the hotel so can get really busy.
AMENITIES: They have a cool looking antique elevator (but it works perfectly), so suitable for travellers with huge suitcases. Staff escorted me to my room and helped with the luggage. The room is nothing fancy, but does what it needs to. Floor feels a bit dusty but the room is well ventilated. It also has a minifridge and air-conditioning which is a plus. As for amenities, they only have a water boiler, and two glasses, body wash and soap are the only things provided in the bathroom.
LOCATION: It's an easy 5-6mins walk from Selcuk Train Station, located among many restaurant, and within 10 mins to the Basilica of St. John / Ephesus Archaeological Museum/ Temple of Apollo. You can also walk 10 mins to Ephesus Minibus that drops you at the ancient city's lower entrance, but it's also possible to walk there. They also can keep you luggage after check out for pick up later.
I don't think they do daily housekeeping but it might just be that they didn't clean my room the night I stayed. There was no card to put at the door to let them know if you want / don't want any cleaning.
The hotel was not open when I went there. The boss said there was a problem with the reference sent by the platform, so he changed it to a large room in another hotel (centrum).
In addition, that hotel was okay in every aspect, except that the elevator was small and noisy.
The hotel's transportation is very convenient. It is a ten-minute walk from the center of Selcuk and a ten-minute drive from the ancient city of Ephesus. There is a wide range of food, drink and entertainment in the surrounding area. The service staff are warm and thoughtful, and the price-performance ratio is very high. I will choose it again next time.
The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are large and stylishly decorated. The location is opposite the castle, and there are many places to eat around. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the Selcuk bus, which is very convenient. After we visited Ephesus, we walked 3 kilometers back to the hotel. It only takes about 15 minutes to walk to the temple ruins.
The location is on the slope in front of the main road, the boss is friendly, and we gave us two postcards before leaving, wishing us a smooth trip. The top dining room and yard are beautifully furnished. Many rooms have swallow nests outside the door, and the environment is naturally fresh. The room is a bit small, you can settle down, I hope to put a kettle in the house in the future, convenient for tourists who need hot water, haha. The picture is for the bird to fly into the house.

GGuest UserThe hotel that made me feel the best, a home away from home, excellent location, 3 km from the scenic area, good facilities, good breakfast, convenient surroundings and very good dining restaurants. The warm and beautiful owner offered to personally give us a free tour of the Temple of Artemis and took us to the entrance to the ruins of Ephesus Mountain. Thank you so much,I'd like to come back sometime。
TTsienThe hotel is in an excellent location. Just across the main road is the long-distance bus station, and it is also convenient to go to several attractions. It is a very warm, comfortable and beautiful small hotel with very good service. We checked in early in the morning and stored our luggage after checking out. Because we were on a night bus to Istanbul, the owner allowed us to rest in the restaurant, where coffee, tea and cakes were provided. The service was very good. I would stay here again if I had the chance.
WWahahahahaohaoThe hotel is very good
The front desk was very welcoming and took the initiative to buy cold medicine for us.
Seeing that there were so many of us, they gave us an extra room for free.
Meals are also very good
My daughter said this was the most perfect accommodation during her trip to Turkey.
MMałgorzataThe hotel itself is exuist, and the views and nature are simply breathtaking. Our room was spacious and well furnished with huge balcony. Spending evenings on the pool to observe sunset was very pleasant experience. Breakfasts are very tasty and each day you can find something special. The only thing is that once we checked in apart from the key to the room we haven't received any information about the facilities also even about the meals rules (breakfast even!) and we had to seek that info from the restaurant staff (not everyone speaks English). It is not hard to get to the hotel if you simply follow the instructions they've kindly sent us via WhatsApp.
马马笃笃The hotel is on the top of the hill in the small town of Xilinjie, driving past by car, there is a parking place, but the road up the mountain is very steep and narrow. The hotel is very classic, the rooms are small, and the consumption is not cheap, but the food and beverages are all freshly made. The overall decoration of the hotel feels very European and lifelike. The restaurant can see the view of the town. I like it here.
MMikhailVery nice hotel, authentic, clean. It is located in a quiet part of the town. There are ancient ruins within a couple of minutes' walk. Across the street (5 minutes walk) — noise, cafes and shops. The hosts were very hospitable. The breakfasts are plentiful and hearty. There are a couple of parking spaces near the hotel. The room is large and cozy, there are two large and comfortable beds, the air conditioners worked perfectly and saved us in the heat of 42 degrees Celsius. The bathroom is clean, there were no problems with hot water. Wi-Fi is very slow.
GGuest UserThe house is in the olive grove on the mountain, similar to a Chinese farmhouse, the environment is very good, the room is large, the breakfast is also very rich, it is more suitable for self-driving tours, convenient parking.
GGuest UserThe location is on the slope, we are more convenient to drive by ourselves, we can park at the door, if we drag the box from the bus station, it will be a bit troublesome. The boss is very good, there is a problem with our ticket payment app, and he also helped to pay on behalf of him.
HHi HingThe homestay is located on the inner street, a single-door single-family house, more than ten minutes walk from Selcuk Railway Station and bus station. We live in a triple room with a bathroom. Chatting in the yard, eating breakfast made by the East Master, very freehand. The East Master has been working abroad for many years, quite sleek, his wife is French, not as diligent as Turkish women. The owner called for us to the entrance to Ephesus Mountain. The official car could not be reached. It was a ten-minute drive and the fare was 135 lire. It was more comfortable to travel downhill to Ephesus. It was dark at the exit. I don't know if there is any minibus. I can only call back to the city and charge 200 lire.
IIvan PranovichOverall simple hotel in Selcuk. The main story is about breakfast. It was different information in booking for me and hotel owner. He insisted several times that it’s not included in spite of showing not only booking with breakfast but the conversation with trip.com confirming that it’s with breakfast. I spent about an hour for such conversation with all counter parties. Finally at check out I was said that breakfast is always free in this hotel. I did not understand for what reason it was needed to insist about breakfast for several days in a row. We came here for the rest but not for business conversations. Overall it’s normal hotel for overnight.
For hotels in Selcuk, the average price on weekdays is PHP 9,513, the average price on weekends (Friday–Saturday) is PHP 9,583.
