Visited here while on holiday in Kusadasi Got a bus from the town which was about 10 minutes The beach was stunning with crystal clear water and golden sands.A very safe place for children as the water is shallow It’s a kids paradise.There are lots of bars and restaurants where you can stop for food or a drink.The shops all sell beach toys,towels etc,There are a number of clothes shops which sell a variety of beach and summer wear.My favourite shop was Outlet Butik which was run by a lovely couple.Their stock was very good quality and brilliant prices So good I went back a second time and bought more 😁😁If you go to Ladies Beach this shop is a must to visit.Could not fault it here and hope to be back soon 😎

Having recently spent 9 nights in Kusadasi with my beautiful wife of 25 years anniversary. We spent our honeymoon there although it was in” Bitez” back then, other times it was ”Golden Day Wings” now since closed, sadly. We spent the holiday in the Shuan Seaport360 Hotel (room 312). This was our first time staying here at this hotel, so we were a little apprehensive. There was no need to be as on arrival close to midnight, we were met by a very warm and friendly night receptionist by the name of ”Can” who had excellent Englis and could not have been more helpful and reassuring to us that we would enjoy our stay with them at the ”Shuan ” this set the theme with all the staff. On our first day there, we met Yasin as we entered the lift. He enquired how we were doing and then introduced himself as the hotel manager. We were blown away by his beautiful manner and kindness, especially his genuine interest in knowing about us and our visit to Turkey. He was so assuring and assured that this left us with no doubts about the remainder of our holiday. His kindness permeated down to all his staff. He certainly is a Hugh asset to the hotel. Our room was excellent, spacious with a fridge, tea/coffee making facilities. Air conditioning was excellent. The fridge had complimentary water, and every day was restocked. The fridge worked perfectly. The bathroom was good, and the shower was excellent, with great pressure and not fixed to the the wall, thank goodness. The view from our balcony was spatucular. You could see the beautiful marina / beach and the cruise ships arriving into port and departing. (Couldn't ask for a better view) There was a 24-hour reception, and safety was the hotels' utmost in security, so we felt very safe. Walkability to the marina, beach, shops and restaurants was just beautiful and very safe, the Turkish people are lovely. Food and drink at the hotel was lovely. Breakfast was buffet style, hot and cold, and so plentiful, enough choice to suit everyone needs. Note worthy details; I have a bad knee, and my husband has some issues with his back, we found the bed, fridge, safe, and toilet a little on the low side but it didn't hinder us (bed very comfortable) Taxi ride back to hotel is recommended after an evening out as is quite steep up the hill to the hotell, cheap at €4.00 and safe Thank you, Suhan Seaport 360 Hotel and all the staff who made our holiday a pleasant and memorable time to cherish. Wow what a great place they thought of all your needs washing machine big fridge very clean friendly people thanks to all of you. Before I forget the only issue I had was it was next to a bar which they had live music that was the only thing I thought I should mention but the rest was TOP.

Been to turkey 15 times but this time we thought we would have a change and stay in kusadasi .we have stayed at many 4/5 star all inclusive hotels so had had high expectations at the koruma de Luxe.on first impressions on arrival all seemed good quickly checked in and on our way to our room on 6th floor with sea view room as booked.amazing views from our balcony,room looked a little tiered and no were to hang your coats or shower robes up.opened the fridge up to have a look in and to my surprise only water,pop,in the fridge,in all the other hotels Iv stayed in always had a couple of beers in and no milk in the room if you want to make a drink. Unpacked our clothes plenty of space in the large wardrobe and put our valuables in the safe and went for a walk around to see were everything was . We were aware that the local drinks are only included in the all inclusive so asked for a bottle of efes which is local beer and one I always drink in turkey but was told that would cost me 230.00 Turkish .a bottle of corona would cost 420.00 Turkish a bottle so I went for a glass of efes on draft not a nice drink at all tasted as though it was flat and after 2 glasses couldn’t drink anymore so we ended up going out for a drink throughout the day and bought some beer for the fridge in the room.unless you drink wine or spirits and don’t want a big bar bill this is not the place for you. We went for something to eat on the evening and the food always seemed to be cold and more a less the same choice every night so sometimes we eat out .we met a few friends that had the same thoughts as us and couldn’t believe how so much was chargeable even though it was classed as all inclusive.it is a real shame because the views were amazing over the sea and most staff were very nice and friendly and is a perfect location and only a 15 minute walk to town. Because of all the extra charges and cold food I wouldn’t stay here again unfortunately and you had to sit outside for your evening meal so had to put a jumper or coat on to keep you warm if the temperature drops.

The view from the room was great, and the handsome guy at the front desk was polite. The two double-bed rooms are large, but the breakfast is relatively average and has few varieties. The room is very difficult to drive on the hillside. Overall, it is not bad.

Lovely clean hotel. We booked our holiday through easyjet holidays and I had read all the reviews! Please note this hotel doesn't have a swimming pool, I had read the reviews from 2016 when the hotel did have a pool..🤣 Anyway the staff are superb they cant do enough for you, we asked for extra pillows and straight away we got them. The beach which is a 5 minute stroll away is ok but the sunloungers dont have cushions this is also the case on ladies beach. We found Star beach the best, which was very clean, sunbeds had cushions and big pillows, you have the option of sand or grass. It's a 10 minute taxi ride away for 100TL or number 6 bus for 13TL. The food in the restaurant is lovely and reasonably priced. Ok back to hotel: nice big double bed, a little hard but comfy, tea and coffee making facilities and a small fridge. Bathroom lovely, quite small, shower nice and strong with hot water all the time, towels were changed every day. Balcony extremely small but big enough to hang towels out, if you want to sit out as a couple and watch the wood go by this wouldn't be big enough! Breakfast is your usual turkish, plenty to choose from and omelettes on offer if wanted. Hotel is quite central but away from the noisy bars. Our room was on the 1st floor at the side, quite dark as the adjacent hotel is quite close. It's not noisy at all, you hear the occasional door slamming that's about it, not sure what it would be like in july/Aug as we're here now in june.TV has lots of english channels. Would we come here again? Yes for a short visit mainly because there isnt a pool, we prefer the beach but like the option! Thank you hotel istankoy!

The first night the hotel arranged for me was a room facing the sea and the roadside. Because of the poor quality of sleep, the music, car sounds and people at night made me unable to sleep. The next day I negotiated with the front desk and they said that there was no room to change. I said that you refund me the room rate the next day, I checked out and left. After a while, a male waiter said that he could adjust another room for me to see. On the negative floor, it was a room with disabled facilities, but it was quiet, so I stayed here and slept well at night. Hotels should take into account the needs of different people, not to sacrifice the needs of guests who want quiet.
