We booked the two bedroom family suite and we could not have been happier , unor and umut at Conceirge made my stay supreme , this is going to be my favorite hotel when I visit bodrum . Beach and swimming pool were impeccably clean and well maintained , my kids who are 3 and 6 had such a good time , everyone was friendly and everyone spoke good English .

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left The Mirada was absolutely perfect and the experience ultimately comes down to the staff who deserve massive recognition for all their hard work. We were greeted by a very friendly Berk on reception who allowed us to enjoy breakfast before it closed whilst he did our paperwork, this was very kind and considerate of him. He then arranged for a cake to be sent to our room for my mum’s birthday which again was a really thoughtful touch. The staff in the restaurant were lovely and would source our drinks at breakfast and dinner times, special mention to Nusret who was able to make my sister’s very difficult latte request. We enjoyed our nights spent at the Lounge 9+ bar with Sullyman and another barman whose name I didn’t catch. The pair of them were great with ensuring all guests had drinks and even draped blankets around those who were feeling the cold. The beach terrace was lovely and sunny and was where we spent most of the day enjoying the beautiful weather. With a special mention to Sabri who was always offering us drinks. Melody the customer service General Manager listened to a minor complaint of ours with sincerity and ensured the issue was resolved promptly. Furthermore, Ugur the spa manager provided great service when we arrived at the spa and also took the time to find us to discuss the minor complaint we had which was greatly appreciated. Overall, we had an absolutely fabulous time at the Mirada. The food, service and facilities were perfect and just what you would want for a relaxing stay! Thank you so much to The Mirada team!

The hotel may be an option among alternatives in terms of cost assessment of benefits. Unlike its name, Salinas Beach Hotel is not a beach hotel, but it is very close to Gümbet beach. The hotel consists of several two-story detached outbuildings the main service building and additional guest rooms. For example, imagine a Mediterranean style with blue, sand tones and white on the walls inside and outside, raw wood in the furniture, light summery materials in the textiles; but here at the entrance you are met with a dark and gloomy heavy color scale and there is an unsightly mess in the decor. From the hotel staff, especially at the reception, Ms. Ilknur was friendly and friendly in a flurry of service. It was a pity that we could not hear and see the kind bellboy who helped us with our luggage when we got to the hotel and rented the hotel right in front of the grocery store on the beach, which is about 600mt from the main service building, and introduced the hotel and the beach the next day was dismissed. If there is no valid reason, the high staff turnover damages the sense of belonging of employees, the learning of new people and the process of adaptation to the enterprise negatively affects the quality of service. As a matter of fact, the glum face of the person they started instead of did not give a positive sign that he loved his job. As I mentioned earlier, the hotel does not have a beachfront due to its location. after walking for about 5 minutes, you can throw a towel in the morning and reach the sun loungers, which are insufficient because they are very limited in number due to the rude people who occupy the space all day long. It is also worth noting that the floor of the area where the sun beds are located is concrete. The beach is blue-flagged, the sea is quite clear, you can swim with the fish, but the water is relatively cool. If you are going to enter in front of a contracted grocery store, the floor of the sea is not cleared of rocks and it suddenly deepens, which can be a danger. It is also not a pleasant situation if you have to greet all the stinking garbage containers in the summer heat until you land on the beach. I would also like to note that we have experienced a delay and associated hesitation at least at the point of pre-collection with a non-institutional approach to the booking process. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that there was no need to worry about the sincerity of the family business. We sent our request to the hotel together with the online form to arrange our room with a sea or pool view if possible during the reservation we made months ago, but it was a disappointment that it was not taken into account. Like most rooms, our view was zero, of course, the concrete wall opposite you immediately narrows your interior when you go out to the balcony, but the hotel also has no promise to offer a view to everyone. Recently returned from a week’s stay at Very Chic and had the most AMAZING time! The all inclusive food concept ordering via a QR code is brilliant. However, the biggest highlight for us was the amazing bar, restaurant, and entertainment staff. They work so hard and are extremely attentive - we were treated like royalty throughout our entire stay. Special thanks to Ibrahim for making our holiday so great with his amazing service and delicious cocktails. Free Starbucks at the hotel is also a great perk and the staff here are brilliant. I would not hesitate to recommend Very Chic and already cannot wait to return!!!

When we arrived, we greeted a very laughing and kind attitude. Our room was very beautiful and decorated. We made a breakfast in the room and the breakfast taste was very successful. It was also too much in diversity. There is a small kitchen section in the rooms. There are many kitchen products inside the toaster. You can buy extra things and cook here for yourself. There is also a potato table in the room, which I think is very well thought. When you enter the hotel, the concept is already given. Every 3 days a room is cleaned, but they also tell you they can help if we want extra. So I can't say I'm very busy with the cleaning event in the comments. It's about how you used the room. We were two people and I can say that the room was enough. The bed comfort is beautiful. I didn't think anything else but we liked very much and there will be a place we would definitely prefer in our next holiday. Thanks very much to everyone.

Fantastic hotel very modern and very clean. Pool area is large and clean spotless. Staff very friendly. Only downside was that it is top of a large slope however this didn't affect us but if you have mobility issues then this could cause a bit of a problem. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend and go back to this hotel. Free WiFi and Aircon as well.

During our holiday, I would like to thank Mr. Kerem, the staff and manager of the hotel, who has a clue. They are interested in all their guests. We felt in our house, we stayed in the cellar as the most reliable, clean and location we stayed in one of the best hotels. As a distance, we stayed in the entertainment centres and beaches. Our room was very clean, all things were new. We have had a very nice holiday, and I recommend those who want to stay in the giant especially.

Arrived at Al A Grande Residence and weren’t able to check in as apartment still needed to be finished cleaning so we wandered round the complex to check out the pools and then visited local restaurant for a bite to eat. Once inside we were happy with the space and size with two bathrooms and huge bed and balcony overlooking the pool. However we were missing a few kitchen items such as a mug for coffee and a pan for cooking. The staff were able to rectify the pan and hubby bought some mugs from local market so we solved that issue straight up. Each apartment block has its own swimming pool (4 in total) which are long pools great for doing lengths. They are a bit tired looking though and the back pool was half empty with many ****s growing round it - sadly neglected so this put a bit of a damper on our first impression of the Residence overall. Still we have enjoyed the air conditioning in both lounge and bedroom and the proximity to Gumbet main shops and while surrounded by hotels with loud music playing we found the apartment in A block to be very quiet and relaxing.
