I arranged this hotel from united states for a 4-day family retreat. From the check-in to check-out, we had an exceptional experience. Staff were knowledgeable, helpful and smiling. Food did not disappoint either: it was plenty, fresh and delicious. The bonus feature of this hotel is its history and connection to the founder of Turkish republic. For a historical building, impressively everything was functional and in impeccable condition. Facilities were kept spotless clean and housekeeping was safe; none of our personal items were touched. The spa services were also very good and affordable. I highly recommend Turkish bath and massage package. I hope this great management remains same as we plan to visit again in the future.

Perfectly located, all facilities are a few minutes walk away. Families with children are welcome. The hotel and rooms are beautifully decorated. The mattress is comfy, the rooms are big. The food buffet is tasty and variable every day. The roof pool is amazing, bath towels are provided, you can have food and drinks in the cafe. All nice, quiet and relaxing. The Spa area downstairs has a pool, steam sauna, regular sauna and a massage rooms. Massage is really good, professional, I advice to try a kase peeling and a foam massage:) The staff is friendly, helpful and polite. Speak basic English.

This is my 2nd visit to Termal Elit Hotel. Thermal Elit is a very friendly and relaxing place to stay. Family run. Spacious and very clean rooms with plenty of piping hot thermally heated water. Breakfast is served daily by the excellent Mr Vehbi who will endeavour to keep tyou well fed and comfortable. Room service is available for tea، coffee of breakfast. When you stay in Termal, you won't go wrong with this hotel!

A 21-year-old person called Alper to get information and place. When I first called, he said there was no place. Then he said there was but there was on the wall. Then that price was the only person I said wrong. I liked everything very much. The hotel's facilities and location are very beautiful. The TERMASARAY Hotel SPA may be a perfect choice for those who like it. A budget-appropriate hotel is a great choice above expectations. The clean and pleasant rooms are cleaning towels, the hygiene of bed socks, the cleaning of the wet area is my favorite reason for the hotel again. The quality of breakfast is increased by the concept of the room breakfast. The car is available. I visited my birthday, and I owe thanks to the hotel management that made me feel private, to the working friends, especially Mahmut, the spa and Kad lady and friends for sledding me on silk.
