This hotel is especially recommended, the hotel is in Avanos, although not in the town of Goreme, the observation deck can also see hot air balloons. The room is very spacious and beautiful, the bed and sofa are very comfortable, all kinds of decoration facilities show the heart of the hotel owner, you can take a cup of Turkish tea in the kitchen at night, sit at the observation deck, very comfortable. The hotel staff are very nice, if I come back next time, I will choose this hotel.

Originally, I was going to book the next Hilton. The price of the house temporarily increased. I booked this one, including breakfast and dinner for $30. No guests are staying in the off-season. The room is relatively old and the food is very simple. The breakfast is collected at 9:30, there is nothing to eat, it is not recommended that there is no hot air balloon in winter.

The location of such itself, the outskirts of the city, and also on the rise. Of all that was, I can note the staff - very polite and try to help with any unbound. The room ventilation is not working at all if you take a shower, be aware that the moisture will stand all day and all the things you have there will not dry, including a towel. Also there are ants, in the room it is better not to take anything from the food with you

GGuest UserAfter all, it is recommended for self-driving tourists. It is about ten minutes’ driving distance from the town of Goreme. Although it is not in the same town, it is very convenient. The hotel will have some driving challenges on the mountain, but the location is perfect for observing the rise of hot air balloons. If you want to stay in Kapa for a few nights and want to stay at a different observation point than Goreme, this is highly recommended. At the same time, the rooms are larger and the price is lower than the Goreme B&B but the infrastructure is better.

EEmine A.Everything was very beautiful. The business owner's interest, the location of the hotel balloons can be seen from the terrace right above the hotel. All the tourist sites to visit are close. We were never warm and clean when the air was frozen outside in our room. It was beautiful enough for breakfast. We would prefer this hotel again if we were very happy to go again.

GGuest UserThe hotel is great! Although the structure of the cave is not air-conditioned, it is also very cool. The store said that the hotel in Kapa is basically the same. The breakfast is very rich but it is really not used to the Chinese stomach. Hahaha, I got up early the next day and saw the hot air balloon on the window. Who knows! ! The top floor terrace can also be photographed, this hotel meets all my romance with Cappadocia! A great experience, that is, the hotel's rain shower head needs to be changed, the other full marks!

Breakfast was a great Turkish spread. With a hot omelette or traditional pie or donut. Absolute treat and great value. Mineral water and Chai tea on tap all day.
Internet was perfect to take video meetings with colleagues in the USA and Europe.
Location is away from the noise of Goreme, directly under the hotair balloons every morning. Incredible view from the rooftop terrace.
Rooms are perfect, comphy bed, crisp sheets, brilliant water pressure!
Staff are great! They even invited me to sit and have lunch with them one day. Delicious lemon cake. I asked for two of each Turkish coin, I'm collecting for my niece and nephew. Esra from the front desk found me all of the coins. Ever the scarce 1c and 5c, she even looked in her purse and tip jar for the 10c we couldn't find.
Everyone gave the exact same service. On morning three I didn't even order a Double Turkish coffee with less sugar. One for the staff, knew and brought it for me.
These guys get it. They know service and it's a treat. The price is oddly low. Incredible value.
There is an epic hiking trail that starts in their back yard and goes all the way up the mountain and back down through the spectacular sand caps and dramatic Turkish landscape.

YYANGYANGThe room is quite big, the facilities are complete, the cell phone signal is not good, the breakfast is good, there is afternoon tea until 7 pm, the variety is not much, the service is good, the hotel is located on a higher ground, it should be good to watch the hot air balloon, but it is a pity that we stayed for a few days There are no hot air balloons because of the strong wind, and there are not many parking spaces. It is some distance away from Goreme. A taxi is required. It is a few dollars, which is not expensive.

The size, concept and comfort of the rooms are good; however a bit outdated, a bit of renovation would make it much better. The breakfast is fine. I didn't use the pool and spa but it didn't look bad...
