I had an early morning flight and had to check out at midnight, so I went to bed early. Just after I slept for a while, the shrill alarm sounded, so I quickly got dressed and prepared to evacuate. At this time, another shrill male voice was speaking loudly incomprehensible words. I hurried downstairs to ask the reason, and found out that someone secretly smoked and triggered the alarm... I couldn't fall asleep when I returned to the room, and checked out in a daze before three o'clock. Shouldn't the hotel apologize or even compensate me?

The employees at Excelsior were incredibly helpful, and the hospitality was fantastic! Baino and the reception staff were especially amazing, going above and beyond to ensure a great experience. Highly recommended!

Staffs very friendly and service is good. The location is great that is nearby beach, it is just a few steps away from the beach.
