chose this hotel because it chose this hotel because it looked to be a newer Hotel. Very clean good air no coffee maker in the room flat screen television with very poor reception in only one English Channel I could find. Everyday I like to go for a long walk in the morning when I returned the second day from a 5-mile walk there was no water in the hotel I had to wait two hours to take a shower which was not pleasant. Value for money I still rate this a 3 out of 5. They did offer a free small buffet breakfast pretty much all Thai food but fresh coffee and toast three or four different tie items and rice and a small salad bar. Location I would rate this a 3 as well not much within walking distance.

Modern hotel located in the city area. Reception staff friendly and helpful. The young man at reception spoke very good english, no doubt an asset to the hotel's operation. I stayed in a Delux double which was a good size room. Everything worked just fine. Quiet aircon, adequate lighting, hanging and storage space and bench with a stool. The bed linens were clean with typical firmish mattress but it was cosy and I slept well. The bathroom had a segregated shower recess, good water heater and water pressure. Breakfast was Thai buffet but I was able to get fried eggs to have with my toast. There is no dining option at this time. A food mall and KFC are nearby and a Thai food vendor with table and chairs is right next door. I enjoyed my stay. Happy to stay again if I should return.

Natsiri is a nice little oasis in the middle of Ubon. As this isn't a tourist town, the prices are reasonable. Overall, the place is quite nice, especially compared to the rural spots we've been in the past few days. The regular rooms are appropriately sized, and the beds a bit softer than many beds in Thailand (though for this Farang, they are still a bit hard, but workable). The one big oddity here is that a place this nicely built has steps up and down all over. Exit the elevator on your floor and there is a step down (my wife missed it the first time, despite the yellow tape on the floor). Step into your room and there's a step up. Step into your bathroom and there's a step down. Have the included breakfast and in the middle of the dining room there's a big step up. Go through the lobby area and if you go to the bathrooms there's a step up. Etc... The breakfast had quite a few options, including cheap ice cream. It was fine. Of course, the choices are all Thai. Overall, we recommend, especially at this price.

Times are tough in hospitality because of Covid19 and that is in Ubon too. So room rates have been slashed to get bums on (comfortable) beds, hoping they will eat and drink at the great Mexican-Thai-American restaurant It worked for me. Very comfortable room with fan 3/4 fridge and air-con. Hot water and lights all worked. Strong wi-fi. No coat hangers in the wardrobe was the only blemish. Great staff especially Aimmy. Highly recommended. They don't do breakfast anymore, Just go for a little walk. Hey this is Thailand.

Large room, Good size bathroom both exceptionally clean. Good supply of water in fridge and coffee making facility in room. Bed firm Thai style but comfortable. Good location for local bars and restaurants. No breakfast but don't mind that. Very good value.

The front desk service was very good and helped me take a taxi. The room on the third floor was arranged, there was no elevator, and the elderly could not do it with luggage and climb the stairs. This hotel should be the kind of large meeting stay, and there is a hotel nearby that has similar location. The double room is large and dry, the key deposit is 100 baht, no toothpaste toothbrush, but there is a bath gel supply. The hot water heater can't be reached, so it's a short trip to the hotel by taxi at the airport 70 baht. The location is a bit biased, but there is a lotus supermarket nearby, which is also very convenient; Coffee shops, barber shops, and fashion shops are scattered within walking distance. It is also quite easy to walk from the hotel to the Mae Praniramol Catholic Church attractions in the morning, only 7.5 kilometers are about 15 minutes.
