Breakfast buffet. There are only various kinds of bread that you need to cut yourself, two kinds of ham slices, cheese slices, cucumber slices, tomato slices, various sauces, yogurt, and drinks. The above are all cold food. Hot coffee tastes great, and there is a toaster. It is an apartment-style hotel, you can cook your own food with an oven and microwave integrated machine. There are no slippers in the hotel.

I am writing this English because I want this English speaking guy in the reception to understand I booked for my grandma couple of nights and she stayed in this hotel many times before and she was always satisfied but this time it was outstanding because of this English speaking guy , mormor said he was very helpful and very kind to her and asking her everyday about her medical tests and how she feels and she found this to be very sincere and kind of him .. good choice of hiring people like this guy and next time i will join her to meet him myself . Very close to the subway station, 2 minutes walk, there is a convenience store at the exit of the subway station. After the subway station comes out, you have to go downhill to the parking lot. The map route is very complicated and difficult to find. The apartment is the first floor of three buildings, and the landlord rented three buildings. The room area is definitely not 20 square meters, up to 12 square meters. It is different from the actual description of the website. When I first checked in, I also communicated with the front desk for a long time. The front desk argued with me to book a single bed and a double bed. I expressed the room area, and both of them said that they were not at the same point. I didn't give me the hangers, and I said that each room can be equipped with 2 hangers. It's too nonsense. The first time I met the hotel, I didn't give the guests the hangers. Although it was unpleasant, the front desk still called the boss to help me solve the problem, changed a room for me, and gave me a shelf for drying clothes. I lived in the front desk building. The first floor was equipped with a refrigerator, microwave oven, water dispenser, and tableware for eating. Regarding the water dispenser, it is worthy of praise. It also provides a disposable drinking cup. This service is not available in many hotels. The boss is Turkish and good communication. I have been in Turkey for a long time. The Turkish service industry is good and friendly to foreigners. If you encounter difficulties with communication at the front desk, ask the front desk to call the boss, or ask the front desk to call the boss, contact the boss directly. The boss will help you solve the problem.

Very nice boutique hotel. Breakfast was delicious. Clean, nice/spacious rooms. Concierge is not on site 24/7, we arrived late when they weren't there but they were made aware in advance and ensured the key was in a lock box out front. It was easy to access and they had a phone number available if there had been any issues with getting inside (which there weren't). About a 20 minute train ride to city central. Hotel is a 5 minute walk from the train station. Worth the distance from the city center.

We were made to feel VIP from check-in to check-out. The personnel always saw to it that we had what we needed greeting us everywhere (in chorus at breakfast) and giving personal service. They seem to be very proud to be working at Hesselby Slott. We stayed in the South Wing of the castle overlooking the castle grounds. The room was warmly furnished and with a high bed making one feel like sleeping in the royal chambers. We were provided bathrobes and slippers and abundant quantity of personal sized luxury toiletries. Free coffee and tea in both the Castle and in the Orangerie with very nice ambiance. You can choose to sit in the library or other rooms in the castle. Live candles in all public areas. Music played everywhere in the public rooms and on the grounds, even in the parking area. This big establishment felt warmer and more cosy than a cute little cottage. There is a special room in the castle where you can see all the winners of the Polar Music Prize since 1992. In another building, the ”Orangerie” you find the reception, conference rooms , billiards, bar, a music lounge with two karaoke rooms as well as the restaurant where we had breakfast. A lot of thought was placed in furnishing the whole Orangerie and it was also very warm and cosy with live candles. The breakfast was a lot with both warm and cold luxury food. It was also very safely arranged during the Covid times. Food taking areas were spread out and serving spoons were not provided, instead you use a new one everytime. Even if in the early morning breakfast we were only a few, we felt that the hotel did not lower their usual standard and assortment. The chef was very amiable. Parking is free although it is a walk of 200-300m as you need to go over the castle grounds and gardens. We were allowed to drive in to the castle near our room to load and unload. We usually work Friday afternoons in hotels (after check-in) . Wifi was very good. We ended our stay with a walk in the large castle grounds giving us the needed exercise after a week of work from home. This was an excellent stay and we did not need to pay much. We would absolutely like to come back!

The environment is clean, like the design of the bathroom and shower room separately, the relative price is very cost-effective, but we went to the weekend, the parking location of the hotel is full, it takes a long way to find the parking space, it is recommended to check with the hotel early.
