The hotel describes itself on *********** as a medium-high level solution. And its cost - €180 for 2 nights - seems to correspond. In reality it is located under a major road, there is nothing around except a road construction site which begins work at 6.00 in the morning and homeless people sleep in the only room next door. Furthermore, the hotel does not have a reception at any time of the day: to enter you need to download an app that recognizes a code sent by email about 2 hours before arriving at the hotel. If the internet doesn't work and you have no phone, THERE IS NO ONE TO CONTACT AND NO ONE NEARBY TO ASK FOR HELP. The hotel seems like a PLACE FOR CLANDESTINE MEETINGS or in any case FOR PEOPLE WHO DO NOT WANT TO BE SEEN. Not to mention the breakfast: ignoble is an understatement. We booked for 2 nights to be paid on site, but we discovered that as there was no reception the money had been taken on the evening of arrival directly from the card used to guarantee the booking. Considering the area is anything but safe and the risks associated with the lack of reception and being dependent on the internet, we stayed for only 1 night and for the next one opted for another hotel, despite the room having been paid for 2 nights. Naturally, there is nothing written about all this on the internet and we only discovered it once we landed in Stockholm. The structure contacted by Booking REFUSES TO MAKE ANY REFUNDS!!!!! A place TO ABSOLUTELY AVOID!!!!!
The hotel is next to the factory area. It is in the suburbs, so it is very quiet.
The experience of using the air conditioner is not very good
The room itself is rather stuffy
But the interior is very clean, a relatively new hotel
Apart from the one drawback of being hot, everything else is great value for money.
Had the good fortune of spending the weekend in one of the hotel’s top floor suites (adjacent to the conference facility on the 11th floor). Full disclosure - I had pretty low expectations coming in due to an unfortunate previous stay at this hotel, but that changed completely the moment I stepped inside the suite. It was spacious, comfortable and luxurious with enormous floor-to-ceiling windows and a HUGE terrace facing the city and Globen. The HVAC system was the best I've experienced in a Swedish hotel (a far cry from the regular Nordic systems that keep you freezing in the winter and sweating in the summer), the water pressure amazing and the finishes stylish. That said, if I were to nitpick, it wasn’t perfect - outlets were almost non-existent, a couple of spotlights were out-of-order, there was no shower gel in the shower, the TV was too small for a room of this size and there was no privacy shade for the giant window between the master bath and the bedroom. The housekeeping staff had generally done a very thorough job, with the exception of a part of the terrace that contained a half-eaten orange from a previous guest. These minor issues did, however, not detract from the overall experience and this suite easily ranked amongst the best Swedish hotel suites I’ve stayed in. The hotel has an excellent location, friendly staff and reasonable pricing, easily earning them a full five stars for this stay. I can’t wait to come back to the same suite :)

Great hotel with spacious rooms with confy bed, just next to the Stockholmsmässan. The breakfast is magnificent and contains amongst others early morning orange juice shots with ginger and turmeric and the swedish meatballls. The train is very easy to take and is just nearby. If you don't have time to take the train, the area has nothing to offer. Restaurants nearby are very few, yet the hotel has a selection of good choices for food. I ordered a steak and it was delicious.
I had a very weird experience at this hotel. On my 2nd day here, a man walked into my room without knocking. I just heard the keypad being typed into and then him walk in. I was in complete SHOCK. He told me that he was advised by the property managers this room was empty and the people staying in it already checked out. I told him I had 2 more nights here, I was completely confused and frankly, a bit scared. I'm a young solo female traveler and while I was clothed and just hanging around on my laptop, what if I was getting dressed or had just gotten out of the shower or something? So appalled. He told me that he was there as he had been asked to fix the chromecast on the tv? (nothing I ever asked for so must have been the last people who stayed there). He told me he can come back and do it later when I'm gone if I want - this man was not dressed in any kind of official clothing, I didn't really want him coming back into my room when I was out with all of my stuff there, so I told him to just fix it now, but I honestly felt so uncomfortable the whole time. I even took photos as proof that this happened cause honestly, I'm still shocked about it all. Anyway he eventually left and didn't come back to my room for the rest of the time I stayed there. The other weird experience I had with this hotel was that they emailed me the day before I was about to arrive trying to tell me I hadn't paid for the room. Firstly, I booked through a booking agency (Wotif) so for them to email me directly to ask for payment is odd to begin with, they went back and forth with me trying to say I hadn't paid, it was only when I contacted Wotif to contact the hotel that they finally stopped asking me for money and provided me with the access codes. Theres' something dodgy about this hotel..... I think it needs to be investigated if Im honest
It may sound strange, but I appreciate that there is no refrigerator or coffee maker in the room. This is the best solution from an ecological point of view! I appreciate that it is possible to buy drinks downstairs in the lobby as well as the free coffee there! Perhaps a bottle of still water in the room (not chilled) would be welcome. Furthermore, I thought it was a perfect stay, very good location, a few minutes' walk from the commuter rail, friendly staff, very good breakfast and included if you book by the hotel's website!!
It was close to the center of Stockholm and was clean. The room without windows was a bit cramped, but I think it's fine if you just want to sleep. The breakfast was very satisfying with a wide variety of options.
The location is very close to the train station, the breakfast is rich, and the service attitude is also very good. Sleeping at night because it is a bit close to the train, a little sound. There is a supermarket nearby, a pizza shop, a fitness shop, and convenient living.
Stayed here 4 nights while visiting Stockholm, much cheaper after a couple nights in the old town. Only 8 minutes to centre on frequent trains, we found the transit pass super convenient and hotel was only 4 minute walk to train. So, location is good value, room sizes were great compared to town centre, all hotel staff very friendly and there was a nice playroom for little kids. Breakfast was very good, enough to last till dinner, beds were comfy and large. Only downside, not many restaurants in the area (a few) and the hotel restaurant for dinner was mediocre, so much better to eat +10 minutes away downtown. But Willy’s supermarket across the street had lots of food if you want to but snacks.
Very good for the price, the location is really good as it's literally just down the road from a station meaning we will able to get around Stockholm in good time. The staff were also pretty helpful. Breakfast was also what you'd expect. Room was also fairly clean and beds were very comfy. I would definitely recommend, it's great value for money imo.
