This is an accommodation we stopped at on the way from Sintra to Lisbon.
As it was an existing mansion or castle that was renovated, the building itself was old, but clean and well-maintained, and the rooms were very spacious, which was nice.
I tried breakfast as it was included, and although there weren't many items, everything was delicious.

ENG: Summary: Somehow, *********** permits this barely-2-stars hotel to be verified with 4. The only thing good here are the surprisingly large rooms and the swimming pool. Possible one the most peculiar hotel I have been to in my life. Firstly, it is almost impossible to get there with a GPS. The only sign is a tiny one saying ”Local Hotel” in the front door. Secondly, the hotel is somehow 4 stars, when in reality it doesn't go over 2 stars. Some examples of this: horribly low maintenance the walls haven't been cleaned probably since it was constructed. Moreover, there is humidity problems in the hotel. The breakfast, is terribly bad. Resembling the breakfast of a backpacking hostel. Moreover, the ”room service” is basically non-existent, in which they give you ”clean” towels (not enough for everyone, we were 4, they gave us 2.) The only good thing I can think about in this hotel is probably the surprisingly large rooms and the swimming pool.

Stayed here for 3 nights end of July to see Iron Maiden at the national stadium. We arrived as the bar was shutting but the barman very kindly for us a drink anyway. Comfortable rooms. Room smelled a bit when we came in but after airing it, was fine. Air con works. Room very dated but clean, maid service every day. Breakfast good, nice buffet. Evening meal basic selection of 3 different things. Nowhere else really to go and eat though. We walked into the town which is about ten minutes away and everything was shut at 7.30pm, no restaurants open, was like a ghost town. Only place open was a takeaway chicken, and that was actually very nice. Uber is cheaper to get anywhere than a taxi, around €11 into Lisbon itself. Not a hotel for families really as not much to do, or anywhere to go. Pool is nice. No kettle or any other facilities in the room to make a hot drink, so if the bar and restaurant are shut you don't have any options of getting a hot drink. Very easy access to the National stadium, short cut under the motorway, was just a 15 minute walk. Staff wonderful, very helpful and friendly. Would stay again but solely for the purpose of visiting a band at the National stadium.
Overall, I was quite satisfied. The front desk helped me wrap the broken suitcase with tape and checked it back to China safely. The front desk also provided band-aids for the broken hand. The daily breakfast was great.
I gave three for a simple reason the staff is incompetently unprofessional, right if the Director walks upside without saluting knowing already what happened, without even apologizing and trying to remedy as that species too of assist manager who did not answer the phone despite 20 calls justifying that there was confusion, I presume that we arrived at 2.30 in the morning just because they did not provide the right direction to arrive at ...no I can claim that simple receptionists are at the height just because they are measured with these characters.Accor hotel I address you ...A nice letter calling these characters will do more than well believe me!!!
The bathroom is a bit small, but it is sufficient. The refrigerator leaks a little, but the room is clean and tidy. The large floor-to-ceiling windows make the room feel a little more antique.
It was a pleasant experience, the staff very helpful and efficient; breakfast was tasty and varied.
The room had good dimensions for two people, a comfortable and spacious bed, plenty of storage space, very effective black-out curtains and was well air conditioned. The bathroom had a good shower, with great power and well regulated in terms of temperature.
However, the soundproofing of the room could be better.
Hotel is well located near highway and train station, also has reasonable prices. The hotel staff were fantastic 😊,front desk was full of information👍Breakfast was delicious 😊housekeep did wonderful job👌 special thanks for front desk night shift Gonsalo. Obligado Than you for everything 😀
The hotel is very nice and new looking. Very clean. Andre is so helpful at the front desk as are all of the staff. Loved it here. But for a long stay I would want more amenities but for the price and 2 nights, it was perfect. Lidl Grocery store across the street.
