Hotel with excellent facilities. The perfect place to enjoy the good weather in the Algarve. Close to a fantastic beach. The package I chose was bed and breakfast. The only weak point was the quality of the products for breakfast. The juices are of very low quality, mini pastries almost non-existent and very bad waffles. The same is repeated at dinner. We decided to have dinner at the hotel and the buffet is very poor and without quality. I don't know if it's related to the all inclusive packages that most guests have, but I think it's a point to improve for customer satisfaction. We love it anyway, but without a doubt that if I return, I will eat outside the hotel.

This resort is amazing! Firstly the staff who checked us in were so friendly. We got to our accommodation and it was fantastic. We had a double room, a kind of side room with two singles and a sofa bed in the living room. We also had a very well equipped kitchen and a lovely balcony. The pools are brilliant. Securing sun beds was fine before 11am. My children went for two sessions at kids club and loved it. We were AI and I don’t think my children have enjoyed and eaten so much fish before. The AI bar rarely had a queue and the entertainment was really good. Only down side is that there isn’t a ‘shop’ on site. Things like inflatables, nail clippers, and general things. I would most definitely go back and I would highly recommend. Sure there lots I haven’t praised. Loved this resort and the area

This is generally well-managed, but could be so much better with a few improvements. We stayed for 10 nights in a 2-bedroom villa. The villa was generally clean, though quite dated. The reception staff were very friendly and very willing to help with any problems, except that there shouldn't have been problems! There was one restaurant / bar staff, who never smiled and and was always grumpy The bathroom smelled of sewage most of the time, which was very unpleasant. The beds weren't great, and were so short my feet hung over the end (I'm not very tall). While the rooms and bathroom were cleaned 5 days a week, I don't think they changed the bed linen. The internet is only available by renting a Wifi router from reception (€1/day), but they don't have many -- we asked for one when we made the initial booking and we got the last one. But the internet was pretty slow, I was often switching it off and using my phone. Clientele is very international, with most guests (I think) Portuguese - there were Germans, French and Dutch and Irish, and a few Brits. The pool is nice, but in the afternoons, and especially at weekends it got very crowded, with lots of non-guests driving up with their cars. The hotel sometimes checked our guest cards to make sure we were guests, but not very often, and it seems the wider town took advantage of that -- I told the reception we didn't appreciate our hotel being used as a municipal pool. The sun umbrellas can't be moved, and are pretty small, so lots of people moved the chairs to be under the shade of the trees. Breakfast was fine, but only open 8:30-10:30, so if you have an excursion with an early pickup, you will miss out. The evening buffet was also fine, though the restaurant was devoid of atmosphere, and sometimes had weird music (like a loud DJ playing house music at 8:00PM when it was mostly families!) The local Cabanas town is very nice with some nice restaurants, and there was a Fisherman festival on at the time. The beach was easy to get to with the dedicated boat service, and is a great beach, but only one bathroom, which isn't very much for such a well-used beach. The beach restaurant fills up fast (I couldn't get food there), and the beach chair rental is expensive (€23 for 2 chairs and a parasol), but if you bring your own sandwiches, it's fine. Tavira town was a €9 Uber ride away, and also very pretty, with lots of evening music festivals on. If the hotel refurbished the rooms to a more modern standard with better beds, fixed the sewage issues, put bigger sun umbrellas round the pool, had better security to restrict the pool for guests only, and put proper Wifi in, this would be a lovely place, but unfortunately, this fell a bit short of that.

We are just nearing the end of our 10 day stay here, we have had a wonderful holiday, yes its 90% german citizens here and TUI should probably make that clearer when booking but part of me is glad they didnt as it may have made me book somewhere else, i have attended fitness classes in german but the staff made every effort to explain things to me in english and i enjoyed them just as much, my husband joined the tennis tournament and he had a great time, the german people he played with all spoke good english and they were laughing and joking together, my kids made some good friends too. The silent disco was wondeful having 3 channels on the headset, german, english and house music, it was so much fun. The bands and robins singers in the evening have been great. I havent struggled to get a table in the evening, in fact we have got the same table every night and our waiters have been wonderful. The food is world class and fresh. I was dubious about coming all inclusive as we normally go on villa holidays, but we have had the best time and wish we could stay longer. This is definately a 5 star resort, if you are booking just go with the flow their isnt really a language barrrier if you just put in the effort to speak to people. Great hotel - very comfortable rooms, a large swimming pool area, and designed in a 1970s modernist style. There is a free shuttle service to Cabanas de Tavira, from where you can get a short ferry across to the island beach. There is also a well-signposted 3km running route across the Tavira salt flats starting just outside the hotel, with amazing views if you go early in the morning. We booked a family room, and the sofa bed was just about big enough for our two children (aged 13 and 10) but it would probably be two small for older teenagers. Breakfast was very good, and is served in the rooftop restaurant.

We stayed here for 4 days as a big group of 3 families with ages ranging from 8-70! Our room was perfectly comfortable, and surprisingly good power shower! The breakfast was great, drinks very good and extremely reasonably priced. Dinner could have been better, but there was a food range and for the price, really can't complain! Pool is one of the coldest I've experienced, but very beautiful and the children loved the slides. There were plenty of loungers and even at 9 or 10 you could easily find plenty. Without a doubt, what made our stay was Rodrigo and the other animation team members, they are simply amazing! We never like to use kids clubs, as I don't feel comfort leaving my children with strangers, but Rodrigo would come every day and entertain them, play football with them and they absolutely adored him! The rest of the team also, were just so much fun and a joy to be around. We did tbe dolphin spotting trip from the hotel with very low expectations and were so happy that we had an amazing experience! The crew were excellent and we got to spend a wonderful morning surrounded by dolphins which we will never forget! The only negative was that we got eaten alive daily by mosquitos due to the location, but it felt worth it! Take plenty of mozzy spray!

I booked a rooftop room with shared bathroom. There's no lift so it was a bit of a climb with my 2 bags. It was really clean room but so small. Not enough room to stand up straight unless you were near the door. Nowhere to hang any clothes no drawers or cupboards. Tiny T. V. & small camper fridge. 1 chair and bed. It should be much cheaper than 55 Euros I paid. There are 2 ”rooms” on the roof so sharing the bathroom which had to be locked after every use was not always convenient. The rooftop is for ALL the residents of the hotel so you often have small gatherings of people taking photos and having a drink. The bathroom was cleaned daily but the shower head could not be in the attachment on the wall because it was too high and it went straight over the curtain rail. So it was a case of wet, soap, rinse. In all the place was OK if you were backpacking and needed a place to crash. The rate was breakfast included which was the usual cheese meats and cakes. Fresh orange juice and bad coffee from one of those little machines you see in all service stations. The place is saved by the fact it is directly opposite to the jetty where you take the boat to the stunning beaches of Tavira. The staff were solemn and rarely had a genuine smile or asked how you were doing. Ols world charm I suppose!
