This is absolutely the best hotel in Rzeszow. The rooms are very clean and the stuff is friendly. The areas, including the hall and the restaurant were very spacious. The food was delicious. The hotel is located in the Baranowka district, which is about 7 minutes away from the city centre by bus. It also has the parking lot and a restaurant, where they serve dishes all day long. I reccomend staying here

It is a good choice for business travel. The hotel is located in the central area and has convenient transportation. It is next to the largest shopping mall in Rzeszow and a 10-minute walk from the largest central square in the area. It is highly recommended!

This hotel is not in the centre of Rzeszow, but in a quiet(ish) residential area. There were bus stops nearby, but with a taxi or an Uber it's easy enough to get to. There was also parking for those who have their own car. There wasn't much in the immediate neighbourhood in terms of eating and shopping, but it wasn't hard to get to the centre. The ”old town”, with its quaint square and collection of restaurants (many of which were decent), was not far by taxi. To be honest, it also wasn't far on foot if you are comfortable walking. I asked the Reception for directions, and they printed out a map for me and drew a route, and it took about 15-20 minutes. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating, and keen to help out and explain if they could. The room itself was basic but comfortable and clean. The same went for the shower room. All in all, I was able to sleep well, with things not too noisy. My room overlooked a neighbouring barracks, but that didn't generate any noise whilst I was staying there. There was a reasonable breakfast, with a modest selection of items. Whilst I was there, there were also facilities in place for any Ukrainian refugees, so that they could make drinks and the like. A nice touch showing a human side to the business given all of the chaos not far over the border. Would I stay here again? I wouldn't complain if I did. Sure, there are plusher and more modern hotels, and certainly many closer to the centre, but the staff are friendly and it is clean.

Właściwie wszystko w hotelu jest do wymiany lub renowacji. Podróżuję bardzo często i zatrzymuje się w różnych hotelach ale ten ocenilbym jako jeden z najgorszych. Od samego wejścia do pokoju ujrzałem PRL materac w bardzo kiepskich stanie niewygodny rozdarty i śmierdzący. Klimatyzacja działa to fakt ale bardzo głośno więc nie nadaje się do użytku w nocy podobnie jak wiatrak w łazience. Suszarka do włosów żółta od starości podobnie jak pojemniki na mydło i żel pod prysznic który nie został uzupełniony w zamian za to dostalem 35ml buteleczkę z szamponem i gelem co jest żartem. Pajęczyna I pająki za oknem w łazience wyglądają koszmarnie. Z reguły pozytywnie oceniam hotele ale tutaj bym nawet 1 gwiazdki nie dał. Zatrzymałem się w pokoju nr 31 na drugim pietrze. Very convenient location for travelers, near the station. There was a Ukrainian-speaking staff on the station. However, there is no shower and toilet in the room, we did not count on it. We wrote an email to find out the details, but no answers were received.

The hotel is nicely situated in the center of Old Town . The hotel itself is clean, staff is kind and efficient. The breakfast is delicious I recommend it immensely. Check in was swift and accommodating. I would only recommend placing wine openers in the rooms. Front desk was kind enough to get one upon aasking. I would recommend Bristol and would gladly stay again.

All in all a solid performance, which means I'll like to check in again. But to the 5 points it is not enough just to miss the charm. The rooms are clean and reasonably furnished. The facility itself is maintained, but it lacks the charm to create a proper atmosphere to feel well around. The service at the reception was friendly and quick. The breakfast in the restaurant which belonged to the hotel was rich, varied and good. But in details you can improve something. The selection in the musli and fruit area could be expanded and the orange juice from a machine was unfortunately not what you expect from a hotel in the 4-star area. As I said, everything in all is OK. but you can get better. Otherwise I'd like to come back because I've been sleeping well ...

The staff here are the most friendly and capable people I have met on my trip so far. I stayed here for more than two weeks. The breakfast buffet is so complex it took me 10 photographs to show at all. I am coming back again this spring and will stay here again. Some of the people who worked there last year are still there. It felt like home. Modern, clean new, fresh, crisp accoutrements. Never a problem. Meals were excellent and reasonably priced.
