Best Subic Hotels

We enjoyed the place, though we did not used all the pool and slides. We spent more time on kiddie pool and wave pools.my 2 yr old son enjoyed it. It needs some repairs for safety, like the railing on one slide is alredy gone. Kiddie pool is right beside the rampage pool, not a good setup parent must watch their small kids closely make sure they dont cross. The beach is not suitable for swmming, there are some trashes, you wont notice it unless you swim, its best just for sports activities. As for the room, its good except for the plumbing which did not work on our last day and also the chairs are already defective, need replacement or repair. But we got the good view of the pool and the subic bay. The staff are friendly and always ready to assist.

It's was a very good location and a big space for all of us... We enjoyed the swimming pool and the food ... We just wish that their toilet will have some hook so can hang towels and also can use when drying some clothes ... Overall we really enjoyed our 4 nights staying there... Fully recommended 👏💪

Decent for the price, big rooms and bed, cr floor has a bit of water and seemed to be leaking somewhere when we checked in, rooms looked old and dated but is clean. tv wifi/ not working we had to connect it to our phones so we can have some sort of show when we are resting. I love pools that have heaters but they're not consistently switched on, same as the wave pool, I hope they have schedules on when it is on so we know when to swim. Beach is not swimmable. Need car to access the place and there are no other restaurants nearby the hotel. But service is good, staff are all friendly and helpful. Would comeback again for the heated pools, but I do hope it's on like 6-9am and 4-9pm something like that. Cant remember if there are other available facilities... Also the pool tiles need to be maintained on the pool near the main bldg as some pieces fell off.

The location is accessible, parking area is safe, cleanliness of the room is good but there was a foul smell in the comfort room. They should also include toiletries and available menu for guest. The staff are friendly except the guy maybe a maintenance or a janitor, we are in the sea around 7am but he threw a red liquid in the sea, maybe it's a chemical or a gasoline so we don't have choice, we have to go up. Thank you!

The room house itself is aesthetic. The room is spacious and clean. The owner is very accomodating. Even though she's busy, she finds time to answer my questions and our queries. My mother asks her if she can decorate the dining area for my birthday and I loved it. The only downside was that there's no hot shower.

The price on trip.com is expensive compare to booking directly on the hotel.

Basic but good

I hope our stay is ok but it's just a hassle because the other amenities listed on trip.com are not in the actual one like an electric kettle since we have an infant who cries every time we need to heat water and there is no e-kettle so we still need to go to the reception to ask for a hot water. We were charged for complementary bottled water because trip.com included it as indicated but in actuality we paid.. we told the receptionist but still he is not the owner so no choice...
