I'm so glad that I chose this hotel when I came to Subic for the first time. The staff is very friendly and always greets me with a smile! They will help solve problems when we encounter them. This trip happened on Taiwan’s New Year’s Eve, and they even provided a beautiful dining area for us to use! Thank you so much! Having breakfast by the pool is very special! Breakfast is also delicious!
Thank you so much for the great staff in this place. We felt the warm hospitality during our stay.
The place is majestic and the intricate details of the wood work will make you love the place. It is quite luxurious even if it’s smaller in scale compared to some of the luxury resorts in Bataan (ie Las Casas, Montemar, Anvaya). It’s very quiet so you will be able to relax anywhere. The bed is also very good so your sleep will be nice.
The only major improvement is the food. I think that the selection is limited since a lot were not available. The taste is also not worth the price. It’s too expensive for Pinoy home cooked meals. There are also ants but this is bearable and we are also in a farm so bugs and ants will be inevitable.
Other than the food, everything else has been great!
Friendly and helpful staff 👍🏻 Hotel is just next to nice cafes and restaurants (try Beanery, a better alternative to Starbucks which is also a few steps away) and just a few mins drive to the city plaza.
Even though the hotel is kinda old, facilities is still ok considering the rate is reasonable. I had a lovely stay! 👍🏻

Nice, budget friendly hotel. Clean and neat rooms. Very accomodating staffs. Near business establishments (Starbucks, Jollibee, Red Ribbon, SM, etc.). Though they lack amenities. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. Hoping soon they'll have a room with private CR/Washroom.
It’s a great place to stay.... Staff were friendly caring and pleasant, starting from the reception. Meals are very good and delicious...
Rooms are warm while outside is very cool. Well maintained hospital. I highly recommend the hotel for locals and foreigners. I would probably choose Orient hotel next time as I have experience warm welcomes of the staff, excellent service and pleasantness of hotel crew.

AAnonymous UserLas Casas Filipinas de Acuzar is a cool place, but it has its ups and downs.
When we arrived, checking in wasn't smooth. Our key card didn't work, and we had to wait 30-40 minutes to get into our room. Plus, there wasn't even a place to wait comfortably.
The food at the Filipino restaurant was okay, but it was pricey for what you got. Breakfast was better though, with lots of yummy Filipino dishes at a fair price.
Housekeeping staffs and jeepney drivers were awesome. They were really nice and helpful.
Our room was big and had a huge bathroom, which was nice.
There's a ton of stuff to do around the resort, so staying just one night isn't enough. You really need at least two days to enjoy everything.
The best part was seeing all the old houses. They were like stepping back in time and were super interesting.
Overall, Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar is a neat place to visit, even though it has some things that could be better.
AAlvarezStayed 3D/2N during the long holiday in October. Unfortunately, typhoon “Paeng” (International codename: Nalgae) was crossing Luzon Island heading to West Philippine Sea during that time. Beach access was prohibited due to typhoon so we just stayed in our room most of the time. Quadroom has simple amenities. No small fridge and no cabinets to put your stuffs. In room TV has limited channel so don’t expect much. Intermittent Power failure encountered during our stay but they do have a standby generator in place, though you have to wait awhile for the power to be back in. There’s s no in room wifi and signal is weak for both Globe and Smart in the Quadroom building despite bringing my own personal wifi. Only strong wifi signal is in their restaurant. Bringing In of food is prohibited and they do charge corkage fee if you’re bringing one.
Food choices in their menu is limited but taste is ok and reasonably priced. Budget for 4 pax will cost between ₱1,000-₱1,500 depending on your order per meal.
For breakfast, I find it too pricey given it’s just the standard “silog” plated meals. Breakfast cost around ₱187/plate per person.
On our last night, the roof beside the building of our room is almost blown off by the wind which caused unbearable sound as it is being smashed by the wind which make it difficult to sleep due to the smashing sound.
Have not for the typhoon our stay could have been better - Perhaps next time.

JJiana Lou2nd time to go here with the family and it always offers the peace you'd be looking for and cannot find in other resorts. The place is secluded and perfect for those who really want to just have the time off - doesn't matter if you're a couple, a barkada, a family, or even a backpacker/solo traveler. This place is so serene and everywhere you look, you'll find its oneness in nature. The accommodations are both imbibing the nature and modernity.
You might just find mosquitos especially if your room/accommodation is nearby the plants and trees but given the place's nature, it's quite expected. So, just be prepared with a repellant or lotion to save yourself from mosquito bites. Again, the place is great and truly fascinating; however, the food (menu selection) in their restaurant is somewhat limited. Nothing special.
I hope that they work on improving the food as it adds up to the experience in the cove. Regardless, we enjoyed our stay and will still be back in this place.

The location is great. The beach is calm which is perfect for kids.
The breakwater houses small fish and my daughter got the chance to snorkel near the shore.
It's also nearby a beautiful church (see photo) and some food atores outside. You can bring your own food.
The staff try to attend to your need
The restaurant food (Fernando's) is taste good.
They have 2 pools - saltwater and freah water pool. Both can accommodate kids and adults.
They have a gym that tou can use.
There are vendors near the beach area so you can easily buy pasalubong (quite pricey though)
CONS
We stayed in Tyang 6 room (deluxe room) and it was very much outdated. The room is dark and mouldy. The beds were old, plastered with packaging tape just so the wooden planks keep its place. The wooden walls are swollen, with cockroaches going out of it. Rooms are the biggest disappointment for me.
The resort allows pets to roam around so it kind of smells like wet dogs and you have to be vigilant of dog poop unattended.
The cabanas outaide are not attended to, we had to clean it ourselves. It was dirty.
Common showers and CRs are not cleaned and men use the women's toilets.
GGuest UserThe location is beautiful, wonderful view and nice pools. The standard villa is very spacious with a nice large balcony. The room is clean.
The place looks without proper maintenance, feee breakfast you get almost nothing and dinner is ok and bot overpriced.
The near river is nice but it is not suitable for people without breath doing 700 stairs and not abble to walk on rocks.
GGuest UserOverall, our stay at the resort was pleasant with clean beach and pools and friendly staff. They also allow outside food and drinks. However, I was disappointed by the lack of cleanliness in the restroom, the weak water supply in the room's shower, and the high prices of food. Despite their adorable presence, it's concerning that the dogs are drinking from the pool, which raises hygiene concerns.
