Best Tromso Hotels

This hotel is really nice, with an excellent location. It is one of the few hotels in Europe that provides disposable slippers and free ice cream for children. The room is large, the service is good, there is a free sauna, and the breakfast is very good.

There is a bus at the hotel entrance. It takes 4 minutes to walk from the airport to the hotel after getting off the bus.

The hotel is very well located with the bus stop that takes you to the airport very close. We had breakfast included and the day we arrived they gave us some vouchers to have a free snack and dinner. a little snack of cold cuts and fruit. There was a kettle and fridge in the room. and free coffee (nespresso) and tea 24 hours a day at reception. The employees were very friendly, especially a waitress who spoke Spanish in the dining room. The breakfast was very varied, with sweet and salty, hot and cold, different breads/toasts. Gluten-free and lactose-free drinks. There was also fruit and cereals. The entire hotel in general was clean, and they lend you a complimentary umbrella if you need it during your stay. Maybe we were disappointed that when it came time to replace the clean towels in the room, they did not replace all of them.

The front desk service was very good. When I arrived at the hotel, there was no room available. The hotel staff told me that I could check in in 2 hours. I could go around first and then check in. I could also rest in the restaurant. They were gentle. This hotel is close to the meeting point of Aurora tour and dog sledding tour, which is very convenient.

The room has a living room that is quite big, the living room has a sofa bed, the dining room kitchen is connected, and the kitchen has a dishwasher, which is quite good. There is a supermarket seven or eight minutes walk away. It is very convenient to buy things and cook them by yourself. The only downside is that if the living room wants to sleep, the curtain is not wide enough to block the lights outside, and it is a bit bright at night.

The location of the hotel is good, the equipment is good, but the sanitary conditions are a bit poor, the sanitation is not clean, and there are other people's hair on the pillows.

The location is excellent, only a three- to five-minute walk from the event center and one minute from the bus station. The front desk restaurant and room service staff were very friendly and helpful. The room is not too small for this city and the bed is a bit soft. The most commendable thing is that it includes breakfast, dinner and afternoon tea, which are served for a long time. There is basically no need to go out to eat in restaurants. Especially when you come with friends, you can eat in the restaurant at your own pace, saving a lot of time. You know During the peak tourist season, it takes a long time to wait for a seat at an outside restaurant to order a meal. The variety and taste of the food are pretty good. It is a highly recommended hotel.

Our best stay for the trip. The room is very big, clean and fully equipped. Good location, walking distance to the ferry terminal and 15 mins by bus to the airport. The bus stop is just the next street of the apartment. Shopping, groceries, eateries are all nearby. Lucky to see the northern light on the first night outside our apartment. Strongly recommend all to stay when you are in Tromso.
