Best Tromsdalen Hotels

Such an awesome place to stay in tromso . Relax and peaceful , quiet place . You can even enjoy northern light on your own place . And reception was super helpful , all the staff are very friendly and helpful . Definitely will be back in summer .

El hotel está bastante alejado del centro de Tromsø. La parada de autobús para ir al aeropuerto está a 10 min. Parece poco pero si está nevando y llevas mucho equipaje hay que ir con tiempo porque las cuestas tienen hielo. Cuando entras, es una maravilla. Han renovado las zonas comunes y es súper bonito. Pero al entrar en nuestra habitación doble.... No estaba renovada. Es la habitación más pequeña en la que hemos estado en 8 días por la zona. La puerta no está en buenas condiciones. El baño parece de ”un hospital”. Para nuestro gusto la cama y las almohadas son incómodas. Las paredes de la habitación tampoco están en buen estado. Cuando fuimos a desayunar parecía otro hotel. La cafetería con vistas panorámica era preciosa. Y el desayuno tipo buffet estaba muy rico. Nos choca bastante la inmensa diferencia que hay entre las zonas comunes y la habitación.

The room has a living room that is quite big, the living room has a sofa bed, the dining room kitchen is connected, and the kitchen has a dishwasher, which is quite good. There is a supermarket seven or eight minutes walk away. It is very convenient to buy things and cook them by yourself. The only downside is that if the living room wants to sleep, the curtain is not wide enough to block the lights outside, and it is a bit bright at night.

A group of three people stayed at this hotel for 5 days and 4 nights in a family room. There was a small problem with the reservation when checking in. Edge Tromso lobby customer service Obah patiently and thoroughly answered our multiple travel itinerary and car service inquiries. Obah and Johannes provided us with a very good and professional service attitude. They helped us immediately when we encountered problems. They also personally came to our room to help open the sofa bed and repair the safe. The hotel room is bright and clean, cleaned every day, and the towels are changed. The service is very good. The breakfast is rich every day, the hotel dinner is delicious, and Andres' service is very attentive! Five-star recommendation!

Our best stay for the trip. The room is very big, clean and fully equipped. Good location, walking distance to the ferry terminal and 15 mins by bus to the airport. The bus stop is just the next street of the apartment. Shopping, groceries, eateries are all nearby. Lucky to see the northern light on the first night outside our apartment. Strongly recommend all to stay when you are in Tromso.

The hotel just a few minutes walk to the city center. But very closed to Polaria bus station that I could walk easily with my suitcase. The staff was very helpful even there was a mistake about my check-in information but I did not have to wait too long for that. The room was clean and warm enough.

This is my first accommodation in Norway, and it's so cozy and nice.. The common areas, bedrooms, and bathrooms are all clean! It's a double room, so it's comfortable to live in. It's best if two people come, and if you come alone, it'll be comfortable if you find a good roommate!! I think you can use it like a single room during the off-peak season. There are no full-time staff, and the owner comes by during the day to clean, but it doesn't seem particularly inconvenient or dangerous. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the city center, so it was nice to walk around and see the neighborhood. Above all, for this price, it's the best accommodation in Norway..!

Easy to locate and walking distance from bus stop and supermarket. Got to do self check in on ipad and mine keep having error. The hotel guy at counter helped me with check in and want to charge me for the hotel room which I had already paid via Trip app. Pls be careful if you're doing manual check in with the hotel staff. Decent size for 2pax but opening 2 luggages was quite an issue because of limited floor space.

An unpretentious but comfortable hotel in an unbeatable location in central Tromso (the third photo is the view from the hotel window). Highlights include the friendly staff (a shout out here to the ever helpful Petter), tasty and healthy breakfast, and comfortable sitting areas that mean you don't have to hang out in your room. Given the quality of the hotel it is surprising - and highly annoying - that they don't provide kettles in the room (I even offered to pay a deposit), the more frustrating because some photos on the site show coffee machines: so some rooms do have these facilities. The selection of toiletries is also surprisingly meagre - no shower gel for example, which seems unnecessarily cheapskate. My other gripe is that they need more individual tables in the breakfast room: finding a space at a long table feels reminiscent of youth hostelling... With these shortcomings noted, the hotel can be recommended and is good value for Tromso.
