We moved into our accommodation as booked. However, the sauna that was booked and paid for was missing! An essential decision criterion for us. We definitely wouldn't have booked in the price category without the sauna mentioned.

I had a single room. Probably the room with the least favourable. :-( It was a problem to enter the room because the door must first be turned over the box before there is room to enter. The hotel has a fixed floor cover. I don't think this is hygienic anyway. There were several doubtful points in the tape. I didn't like to walk on bare feet through the room. The night box stood behind the bed, and the wall, against which the bed stood, was with a screw, and you could lose something. The night the light was difficult, because the lamp was behind the bed. We stayed in a comfort room that had decent beds, a Nespresso coffee machine and Rituals in the shower. The rain shower is amazing, so is the toilet but not in a positive way. The toilet is completely open, no privacy at all. Which might be fine for some people, but that was the only downside. And the lady at the desk assured us that not all rooms have the same setup. Other than that very friendly helpful staff, a decent breakfast, lots parking and I will definitely go back,

The hotel was very quiet. Beautifully located in the forest, with the dog we walked into the forest without having to get the car first. We understand that dogs are not allowed in the restaurant and found the Grand Café a very good alternative. We could have breakfast here and enjoy dinner 3-gangen. Some feedback is that we would have liked to prefer a room, the map in the Grand Café is limited (a beautiful citizen or a piece of frites would not miss) and the coffee facilities in the room were disturbed. If you offer coffee facilities in the room like Bilderberg, a water cooker with solvent coffee is a farce.

Very good experience

A super stay had! All was thick, from reception to check-out. Friendly and professional staff, fantastic food and drink, good bed and bathroom. A place to come back certainly even more often! If there is a point of improvement to be mentioned, this is more typical of Dutch than the world alone: put a bottle of crane water on the table at the entrance to the restaurant, instead of asking for gold for small bottles of water. It increases hospitality and will certainly be compensated by ordering an additional consumption.

We had a lovely holiday staying at this hotel with Shearings. The staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble. The room was lovely, looking out on to the pond at the back of the hotel. We had two evening meals which were very nice and the breakfast was help yourself. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
