Location is great, closed to the soccer stadium. With 2 big supermarkets nearby. The room is not so clean, and the shampoo/ body wash is empty. But they have a bulk bed and 2 single beds. It’s prefect fit to my family.

This hotel service is very garbage. When I stayed at the hotel, I asked what time for breakfast. We booked at nine o'clock. At nine o'clock, we went to the restaurant and said that the front desk reported us at eight o'clock. We had to add quilts in the European winter room. They said they didn't provide it. We logged in to their website to persuade them to have this service. They just gave the quilt. After taking a shower in the morning, I couldn't find the hair dryer. The front desk asked me to go to the front desk to pick it up. ***Speechless. When I check out, I have to pay the room fee (I have already paid online for the booking on Trip.com, I need to pay 4.7 Euro City Fee). I contacted Trip.com customer service Xiao Qin enthusiastically responded to the hotel in 25 minutes, and the result was that the service fee was still overcharged when the city fee was charged. 5.3 Euro (Actually paid online), feedback Ctrip customer service Xiao Qin after Ctrip quickly arranged a refund. This hotel obviously does not reach the four-star level of DoubleTree by Hilton, the service is a bit discriminating against Chinese, I will not choose to stay. This is the worst stay experience I have ever had.

Wij hebben een uitstekend verblijf gehad in dit hotel. Wij hadden een normale kamer geboekt maar tot onze verbazing mochten we verblijven in de junior suite welke voorzien was van alle gemakken. Vanuit hotel liep je zowat de markt op wat erg gezellig was met de barretjes en restaurants. Ontbijt in hotel was ook prima. Het is inderdaad wat gehorig maar dat is echt enige puntje van kritiek.

My wife and I are both late 70's and not as mobile as we once were. On arriving at the hotel there were 30+steps to go up to reception, no signs re alternative. Someone who was visiting the spa showed us another route, which meant walking over 50 mtrs away from the steps, through a door onto a sloping floor to a lift which took us up to the floor for reception, then another trek back to check in. There was no mention of this problem before we arrived. The hotel itself was great, very clean, superb food, friendly staff, the tripped spoiled by this one thing.

Voor een t****aagse wielerwedstrijd hier met het team een overnachting geboekt. Vooraf eea afgesproken met de meedenkende manager/eigenaresse wat betreft de avond maaltijd. Bij aankomst vriendelijk ontvangen en zijn we in de watten gelegd met de tortilla wraps. Zeer uitgebreid gegeten met vele extra’s en toetje ijs/slagroom en verse vruchten. Good hotel for a business trip. The room was pretty good - size and a very nice shower. The room has a pod coffee machine which is a great idea, but why they don't leave it set-up - ready to go - is beyond me. First you have to plug it in - ok first world problem, but why not leave it plugged in? Then fill up with water, and then work out how to use it. I mean - wouldn't it be great to be able to just walk in and use it? There's a gym which is pretty tiny, but at least it's there. The restaurant is excellent for evening meal - good choice and huge portions. Definitely went down well. The breakfast is only a simple affair but they do have a short-order cook doing eggs. Good place to stay for a business trip. I'd come back here if staying in this area again.

Stunning building & façade. Main interior rooms perfect decoration on first impression although scuffs and minor repairs not attended to on close inspection. The carpetting up the stairs &in the rooms was worn, dull & very stained & dirty. Rip it up , replace or bare wood would be better. Sink and bath both rusty and the grout is very dirty. It would take much investment to make this hôtel amazing. Staff bare minimum , very keen to assist but very busy doing other jobs. Wine list not offered fortunately the house wine we asked for was delicious. No water on table. It was a lovely stay that could be improved. Would love to stay again once improvements are made.

A very low greeting, I think by the owner, from the far, while I was calling at the reception, madam?? , I went to this gentleman, because I had no sense to go back to call. When I said we booked a room for the ash. night, he walked out to the reception without saying anything to me, looked what was in the computer, roamed in papers and then I got the key of our room. He asked if we wanted a breakfast, but we had already booked it. The question of whether we could eat in the restaurant was not very enthusiastic but ok... then. After taking our bag out of the car, he came to tell us where we could find the room. Room, very evening, hard mattress with many bulls in it, dust, muff and a lot of spinrag. At breakfast, it is not even possible to order a cappuccino, even not with additional payment. I would like to compliment the lady in the morning who served behind the bali, friendly, clean and hospitality, that we had missed all weekend. And I understand that it may be difficult in the horeca, but you ask a fair price, for the quality you offer, then a great dose of friendship and hospitality would make a lot of good for me.
