CV appeared to have quirks. +Neatly handled by the hotel. +Receptionists very friendly / helpful - food We had booked half board and therefore incl 51 € voucher food at Bosrestaurant Overberg (if you eat or drink for more than you pay extra) - portion of salmon steak and fries a bit frugal + my salmon and sirloin steak very tasty - my husband's food was a turn-off, . - returned carpaccio (because of ant) ​​And returned the richly filled fish stew because there was a complete lack of fish. Eventually we chose another dish (schnitzel) but it was served without any accessories (fries and salad). So my husband had no choice but to settle for my cold leftover fries (I had already finished eating) - the chef: we asked to speak to the chef but he did not show up at our table, he preferred to go outside and curse instead of apologizing. The assistant chef eventually came to tell us that the chef had forgotten the fish and that something had indeed gone wrong. He offered us a dessert on the house but our dinner was such a disappointment that we declined. The next morning the receptionist waived the “entire” bill for the dinner, which amounted to the drinks and starters, since we had already paid €51 in advance in our hotel rate/half board, + but it is the gesture that counts and the compensation was a band-aid and we appreciate it

High-end hotel. The room is large and the facilities are new and the living is very comfortable. The front desk is very good. Because there are various activities in the hotel from time to time, there are more people coming and going. I don't know why the room suddenly broadcast loudly in the early morning of the middle of the night, we can't understand it, broadcast three times. Parking for in-house guests is free.

The room was exceptionally small. There was approximately one foot between the bed and the wall on one side and two feet on the side closest to the bathroom. The bathroom door could not open completely. The bathroom was similarly scaled. If you were sitting on the commode your knees were under the sink. If you were at the sink, you’d better have the shower open because your elbows were in the shower. At the foot of the bed there was about 1 meter of space to the wall. This we completely consumed by the two suitcases and two daypacks. There was significant road noise audible in the room. There is a small elevator usable to access the first and second floors. If your room number is in the 3xx series, you will have to hand carry your bags up the final two flights of stairs. One exceptional amenity, they were one of the few hotels in Europe, that we’ve encountered, providing wash cloths. The restaurant menu was uninspired. We like to patronize the place where we are staying but we'd have done better going into the village. All in all nothing terrible but we left feeling the experience was not balanced by the cost.

Overall good, close to the company, will choose this hotel next time on business trip.
