Good hotel. Clean. Looks newly built. Quiet room. Quite far from the city, somehow worth it. All the best guys. Sorry didn't manage to get a picture, since I stay for a short period to get my business done. 🤗

The air conditioner is cold, the room has no odor, and the sheets are clean. The only downside is that there is a nightclub nearby at night, which affects the rest a bit.

I have booked this hotel for our staff who has a business trip at Bintulu. This is one of the our staff favorite hotel when they have a job at Bintulu. The hotel was so clean and comfortable. Surrounded by food center, laundry and groceries shop. Their staff also friendly and help full. So far I never received any bad feedback from our staff. Most of them like this hotel so dar.

This aspect of my stay was disappointing, as having a reliable and comfortable water supply is essential for a satisfactory hotel experience. I believe addressing this issue would significantly enhance the overall guest experience. I trust that this feedback will be taken into consideration, and I hope to see improvements in the future. Despite this issue, I would consider staying at your hotel again, given the positive aspects of my visit. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

First time staying here.Nice hotel and clean.Nearby can eat around with walking distance. Breakfast is good and a lot of choices with this rate of hotel.Services are great also as the front desk person are friendly.
