Best Serdang Hotels

The location is quiet and good. The level of cleanliness is less than good. The owner is a helpful person. I don’t think I can rent him again.

The hotel was overall nice, the breakfast was amazing, and the amenities were great. The only thing was the front dest staff was kind of weird to us. I told them that I booked the room with two breakfast per room per day, but they insisted that they would only give us one per room per day even if it was clearly stated on the booking voucher. They even told us to talk with trip.com and that it's not their problem. Finally, after I showed them the voucher again, they gave in and said that okay, I'll make it in the system for you so that you can have two breakfast per room per day. I was pissed.

I was grateful to the management and staff of this hotel because when they cannot give me the 2 twin bed room that I booked, the hotel upgraded us to a suite room with complementary breakfast. That made my stay in the hotel more memorable and comfortable. The breakfast buffet has a wide range of choices, unfortunately, I dont have time to try everything because of early commitment.

so far i stayed in this hotel, the service was good, the room is clean, near with the shopping centre .. i will recommend everyone to stay in this hotel

Everything about the stay was very good. Especially the people and the team who are ready to help you with a smile. The food is good abd the ambience is awesome. Rooms are very clean and have everything you need. Plus the location is great as it is about less than 5 minutes from the IOI City Mall.

This is the 1st time we stayed here. We like the room, and the happening lobby, full of game. For money wise, it's worth to stay here. From check in time to checkout time, everything smooth, and 0 problem. We tipped everyone we encounter and that's make them happy. We will come back here very soon. Thank u moxy Putrajaya!!!

Still a Good Choice This is my second stay, and the experience is the same as before. The service is still good, the rooms are clean and comfortable.

The room was clean and the uncle at the front desk was super good. Help me carry my luggage. Close to upm, it is recommended to open it.
