We were fortunate enough to receive a complimentary room upgrade, which greatly enhanced our stay and demonstrated the hotel's attention to guest satisfaction. The location is incredibly convenient, being close to the airport, which is perfect for those catching early flights or during layovers, saving a lot of time. The staff are friendly and professional, making the entire check-in and check-out process smooth and efficient. Overall, this stay was extremely pleasant, and I highly recommend this hotel.

a perfect place to relax and escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. the room is very spacious, the view overlooking the pool from the balcony of the room is very beautiful, but the night is too dark. if you turn on the lights, the pool area and golf area must be even more beautiful. a hearty breakfast. The staff is also good, very helpful. will return to stay here for sure. **before arriving, I read people's reviews because of mosquitoes. and I managed to catch 4 mosquitoes and think will report to the resort but apparently in the morning i just know that my husband did not close the balcony door. it's all his fault because he slept soundly. I can't sleep because busy catching the mosquitoes 🤣. really fun experience actually

Good staff attitudes Good location for JPO. Have shuttle service to shopping mall and JPO. Good for kid. Have swimming pool and indoor playground. Take a grab to airport only rm10. Very near. KFC and some Chinese restaurant just 5min walk from hotel.

I was very tired travelling from Penang.It was Long drive and decided to make a last minute booking at AB Inn Hotel. I was quite surprised as the service was extraordinary as the Receptionist manage to check in us within 5 minutes. The Housekeeping Team was very helpful assisting me on commuting my luggage to the room without any question.I was very tired and helping my child getting his luggage’s and the guy help us. I was impressed for the second time with the quick service rendered.I had an enjoyable stay for the past one week and will definitely highly recommend this Hotel!!! Keep it up good teamwork’s Guys!!!

nice structure hotel but poor maintenance from staff. Air-conditioning is noisy, cockroaches everywhere in bedroom n bathroom.

I stayed in the middle of the night, the staff was smiling and polite, the room looked better than the price I paid, for me it was worth a lot, the hotel was about 10 minutes from the airport.

Great design, comfortable and convenient location.
