The surrounding area is very convenient. It is in the business district and has everything you need. It is very convenient. The facilities are basic. The cost performance is high. After all, the price is cheap. The hygiene conditions are fine. The service is just average. If you check in 30 minutes early, you will not be allowed to check in on time.

Hotel is new and super clean however the toilet smells a little to funky cause of the sewage piping I guess, 1 row w Ayam Gepuk Top Global so your lunch or dinner, is fixed! Nearby stalls and fairly near to few shops and supermarket. Hotel staff was super accommodating, Thank You so much❤️

Overall pricing is really cheap, cant asks for more with such pricing. Friendly staffs. Not as bad as how some described. Maybe I'm lucky though. Air conditioner is working, water heater also working.
Breakfasts provided with standard room cost. Not bad though. Basic amenities available too. Suitable for a short stay or stopover. Carpark available too.

Not bad, within the mall, parking was FOC but follow the reception staff instruction. The mall where the hotel located is a simple mall so don’t expect mid valley standard.
Hotel provides most necessities, although a bit aged.
Overall good and worth the money.

Room is tidy and clean, staffs are polite and patient, got plenty of car park (my timing could be off peak season).
If raining you can hear all the rain drops, if you are not a deep sleeper you might affected by it.
Suspect got bed bugs, I only holding the pillow for less than 5 minutes my inner arms having quite a few itching tiny red bumps.
Kettle, water heater, sink, toilet are working as expected.
