.The reservation department is distinctively efficient and very well managed. I had unique arrival/check in requests and it was hendled with compassion and efficiency. My customer journey was most satisfactory and pleasant without any issues. TOTALLY SATISFIED !

The bed is comfortable and they obviously know comfort… the duvet was plush and comfortable.

New refurshied hotel, got myself family room located at level 4 but unfortunately the lift only available until level 3. Get staff to assist to bring the luggage to my room tho.
Location wise around 8km to center city, i have rented car so no issue or else need to call for grab car.

Honestly, it was better than I expected. Seeing the reviews has lower my expectations but it was good for the price. Maybe will rebook at this place. But we don't have the password for the wifi and i think it's better if there's a heater because at our room has no heater. And i think they should give a tutorial sheet on how to operate the tv since it was an old modal (i think). Overall it was a nice stayy.

The cleanliness, equipment, facilities and service are good.. but there is a but. I can't sleep because there is a disturbance in the room.. understand.. I mean.. the shower knows how to turn on itself, the lights know how to turn off, things like that in the room. .horror ohh

GGuest UserIf you're on a budget and driving around Kota Kinabalu, then you can consider this hotel. Its quite far from the city and no facilities to offer. A good place to rest and discover shops here as there is quite a lot of restaurants once you walk out of the hotel. It also has Watson, karaoke pub, Chinese restaurant, Sin Kee Bak Kut Teh, Yees Yoghurt, Teppanya Cafe & Bar 333 and some others. The hotel is quite clean and room is spacious. The water pressure is strong which is something that I must have. A hotel I would recommend.

GGuest UserThe cleanliness, equipment, facilities and service are good.. but there is a but. I can't sleep because there is a disturbance in the room.. understand.. I mean.. the shower knows how to turn on itself, the lights know how to turn off, things like that in the room. .horror ohh

The coffee house inside the hotel by 11pm alrdy closed , morning time.. don't know what time open , so better take breakfast outside.

AAnonymous UserHonestly, it was better than I expected. Seeing the reviews has lower my expectations but it was good for the price. Maybe will rebook at this place. But we don't have the password for the wifi and i think it's better if there's a heater because at our room has no heater. And i think they should give a tutorial sheet on how to operate the tv since it was an old modal (i think). Overall it was a nice stayy.

Aalvinchang87The room is good and clean, but there is no floor mat, after shower the room will become wet because of no floor mat. TV chanel also not stable, keep lagging. hope the hotel management will improve it.
