Nice place for family stay

Despite it being an old hotel, but i still feel satisfied with the hotel service in general. The check in process was smooth and took less than 10 minutes . No deposit required. The parking spaces were ample. The location is quite good and not really busy. There are bakery, pharmacy, banks, and other shops around the hotel. The room is clean but the cleanliness of the toilet should be improved. I went for a breakfast buffet at the hotel and i must say the food were so simple but so good. The check out process was easy too.

The hotel is suprisingly clean and cozy. The location is just right.Close to basic necessity such laundromat, restaurants, minimarkets and clinic/dentist. Easy parking. It is just perfect for our trip.

I feel a bit annoyed when I check in as the price show in the hotel's counter is cheaper than I booked via trip.com quite a lot. This was the first time I experienced this as I am loyal member of trip.com and I always book hotel and flight ticket via trip.com. I know the processing fees may be charged so it will a bit expensive than book straight from the hotel but this is the first time the price is about RM100 difference. The location of the hotel is very good, near to many eateries but the service is not good. The floor is broken and the shower has problem. In addition the air conditioner has problem too, some times very cold while some time very hot. We couldn't sleep well due to this problem. No coffee or tea is given, no shower gel or shampoo is given too. Anyway, when I request from the trip.com, they give me back coins which worth RM 24. Thanks for the responsive live agent which I always choose to use trip.com because of they have very helpful customer service live agent.

A brand new Business and family place with middle East theme. Superb breakfast and amenities. Almost all staff are local people, which is quite rare compared with other hotels, mostly foreigners. I enjoy the sumptous buffet breakfast with Apam Lenggang with gulai ikan as the speciality. Almost Perfect hotel except 2 main shortcomings, first there is no access From parking to the hotel lobby, you have to carry your bags over the stairs or your drop all the bags at the lobby first then you go yo Park! Secondly, the sound proofing at the room Front door is quite bad, you can even hear people walking and talking! Otherwise its a Perfect hotel!

In addition, since it is a hotel for overnight stays without meals, there are concerns about security, so it is better to avoid it for single women and families. It's a Chinese environment, so you can hear firecrackers going off and people making noise in the corridor or outside at night. It may be better to avoid celebrations such as the Chinese New Year. ・Remark This hotel is located in a mausoleum Therefore, you can appreciate the uniqueness of the Chinese atmosphere. The lobby is on the 1st floor, but sometimes it's closed because the janitor is out to make the bed. Also, I visited at 12 o'clock before check-in, but it seemed that it was ready and I was put in the room, so I can expect a flexible response.

Go there if you like to be near the sea, away from hectic city life. And you have a car. The place is near a beach and in walking distance from Tesco and Straits Quay. Facing a Chinese temple so during traditional festivals may be noisy, crowded. A room was nice, fresh and clean, everything worked excellent, strong WiFi.
