Booked 2 nights on 1 bedroom apartment with sea view. Need to pay RM200 deposit before allowed to check in. Received check in info from admin thru whatsapp. Check in was fast . Got 17th floor unit, room size is ok with complete kitchen. I thought I booked a sea view room but was informed only partial sea view. Major view was Atlantis apartment. Noticed that the sofa was damaged and informed admin. Admin offered to change room or change sofa?! We opted for change room, this time got 30th floor. Sea view was partial as well, but mots view was unblocked looking at city area. Room layout was the same but found a cockroach running under the sofa. Able to kill it once it came out. No water bottle provided. Pillow was a bit smelly but still acceptable. Got mini mart that opened till 8pm but no chance to buy anything. Swimming pool was clean and closing hours varies from day to day. Overall stay was pleasant since this place was quite new and well maintained.

Three adults and one baby. The location is quite close to the Cultural Street, but the entrance is a bit roundabout. The soundproofing is a bit poor. You can see the building where the performance is held from the parking lot. There is a swimming pool, remember to bring your swimsuit.

Misleading advertisement. Owner of properties should update on facilities that not working on ie swimming pool(under maintainence). Jika korang nak bawa anak2 jangan book sini, pool dah lama repair katanya tapi belum siap. Playground kecik dan xcantik. Xbest langsung. Anak2 bosan tak boleh buat apa aktiviti. Harga pun mahal xberbaloi. Takkan repeat sini dah.

I recently stayed at this charming Bali Residences in Malacca, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The location is superb – nestled in a peaceful area yet conveniently close to the city’s major attractions, including Jonker Street and the historic landmarks. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and well-furnished. It had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay, from a fully equipped kitchenette to cozy bedding and modern bathrooms. The interior decor had a welcoming, homey vibe, which made it an excellent retreat after a day of sightseeing. The host was incredibly accommodating, providing clear instructions for check-in and ensuring the stay was smooth. They also shared great tips on nearby places to eat and visit, which enhanced our trip. One minor drawback was the lack of mobile network coverage in the apartment. While the Wi-Fi provided was strong and reliable, not having mobile connectivity was slightly inconvenient, especially when stepping outside or trying to make calls. Despite this, I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Malacca. It offers great value for money and an excellent base for exploring the city!

TTravel open our eyes and minds### Review of Hotel Majestic Malacca
I recently stayed at Hotel Majestic Malacca and had a mixed experience. The room was very clean, and I enjoyed a nice bathtub experience, which was a highlight. However, the soundproofing in the room was lacking; I could hear conversations from the next room until midnight, so it might be helpful to request a quiet, non-smoking room when booking.
Additionally, there was a noticeable smoking smell coming from next door, and the pillow had an unpleasant odor. I found the mattress to be too soft for my preference, which affected my comfort.
The room featured a coffee machine, and I appreciated that I could request additional capsules. I also liked the eco-friendly touch of using glass bottles for drinking water. However, be aware that items like cup noodles and drinks in the fridge are chargeable.
Breakfast offered an à la carte menu that was just average—acceptable but nothing special. I didn't have time to explore the gym or swimming pool, as my days were filled with walking around Malacca city.
The toilet amenities, however, did not meet my expectations considering the room price. I think they could benefit from using a better-smelling shower gel and shampoo.
On a positive note, the staff were friendly and provided good service throughout my stay. There is parking available behind the building, but as a woman returning late, I appreciated being able to park in front of the hotel for safety.
Overall, while there were several drawbacks, the cleanliness and service made for a decent stay.

GGuest UserThe hotel was much bigger than we had anticipated. It is a really beautiful place, hidden away in the nice city of Melaka. The lobby is beautifully designed, but freezing and the whole hotel seemed drenched in some kind of perfume, which made me a bit dizzy. Our room had the weirdest smell- but I think it was intentional...as though they had made it smell like that on purpose...like mouldy hay. The room was really pretty and the little patio is a nice touch. We informed the desk that we's be checking out at 12:50. but still, the same concierge called us at 12:00, waiting impatiently for us to check out. We were also hardly ever greeted upon entering the hotel. Weird. Once everything is done, I'm sure it will be a nice place. I wish the plants were real. They are all plastic and it shows, unfortunately. The location is perfect, just around the corner from China Town and Junkers Walk. I think it's a decent place to stay for a night or two.

KKevinThis is my second time to stay in this hotel, after a few year after I still choosing this hotel.
So far everything still good for me just having some unpleasant experience need to feedback.
Firstly, I’m booking this hotel room with 2 single bed, but after check at the counter they only can provide me one king-bed, I staying with my sister I tell that we want seperate bed room, at the end they give add in one additional portable bed in my room. So that I only can let me sister using the king size bed and I’m tall and big size guy using the portable bed for 2 night and make me very uncomfortable.
Second, the hotel room like a signal blocking zone, our mobile phone 5g own data like very weak signal to receive in there, and the hotel WiFi provided by was more funny, some time appear some time disappear.
Third. the room should doing some maintenance, some corner the wood is chip, in the bathroom the shower hanger is damage and the shower very dirty of water mark, please do a proper cleaning next time.
Since it’s stated is a 4-5 stars hotel then should provide the worthy and value for customer spend the money.

I love this hotel and definitely will come back again to stay in this hotel. I love their design of their rooms too. Very comfortable and have lot of places to put our things in organised way. They have a small fridge in the hotel. Most importantly, lot of foods and restaurants nearby. They have a cafe and 711 next door so convenient and superb. Thank you Asiatic Hotel for your hospitality and definitely will come back again to stay in this hotel.

GGuest UserHotel name change Puteri Bay Hotel. Stayed... 24 - 25 July 2022. Total: 4 rooms. 2 elderly 1 couple w/o children 1 couple with 1 child 1 single adult. Parking was plenty. Check-in was simple but room was not ready even at 3pm. Reason given large group tourist late checkout with minimal staff working on that Sunday. Room was ok... bathroom a bit rundown & dirty They are bought over in 2021 & are in the process of renovating the place in phases. As usual location is good as its just across the beach. Nite market along the road outside on Sunday nite!!! Sleep is good with working aircon. Check-out was a breeze.
