The rooms were really spacious. We are family of four and we took the deluxe room and found it very large with queen bed, single bed and extra sofa couch. Toilet was huge as well. Only downside was the rooms had a stale smell of where it was hardly used. Toilet too. The hotel room had an eerie vibe feeling. Other than that ok. Hotel breakfast we didnt manage to try as we all woke up late.

I had a bad experience of one night stay at this hotel. The Operation Manager whom which I may conclude as not competent to lead the hotel team. He was just passing the burden of hospitality matters to his staff dealing with guests. He did not want to face the guest. I have checked out on the night I stay due to poor โserviceโ. His staffs like Mr Badrul and Mr Khairul Anuar were very helpful but not their boss, the Operation Manager. I have called the front office twice leaving messages for Operation Manager to return my call but he just ignore the messages. He was in the office at that night after I have checked out. The upper management should take this matter seriously to ensure good branding of the hotel. The staffs working hard to establish branding of the hotel but the Operation Manager looks like do not concern on hotel branding.

The room by itself is very spacious for the amount of money i spent on. At first we thought it's an upgrade but the other rooms where my family stayed looked the same. Shower water could be improve as the water wasn't hot enough to keep us warm from the cold air-conditioning. Each floor were provided with one common iron which is mostly faulty and had stains on it. Would appreciate if this could be look into as many people would be staying there are guest for wedding events. Providing an iron or atleast maintaining it will be much appreciated. Overall, worth the cash spent for a spacious room.
