The security of the apartment is pretty good. You have to swipe a card to enter the door, but the hygiene inside is not good. There is a supermarket, convenience store, and McDonald's downstairs. The overall location is okay, but the hygiene of the hotel is average.

Great Stay at Monkey Canopy Resort, but Disappointing Experience with Discount stayed for room guest. I recently stayed at Monkey Canopy Resort with5 families and overall, it was an unforgettable experience. The resort is nestled in a stunning location, offering cooling weather in the evening. The rooms were clean, and beautifully designed. The pool area was particularly hot without any sunshade. However, my stay wasn’t without its frustrations. I had been informed by the receptionist about a special discount for stay in-room guest for most of the activities within the area. However, when I arrived to check out, this discount wasn’t applicable. This lack of clarity and the failure to honor the promised discount left me feeling disappointed and a bit frustrated. Just be sure to double-check any discounts or promotions before/after your departure.

It's okay, but the room smells of cigarettes, but open the window and the smell will go away. The aircond is cold. The bathroom is okay. Budget hotel is okay.

1) The air conditioner was almost 20 years ago, and the whole house was yellow and hot. 2) The lift always broke. You have to carry your luggage and go up the stairs. 3) The most basic toilet paper was not put in the toilet, even I was going to take a shower and hang it There are no hooks on clothes! 4) The toilet keeps making strange noises. The water heater has been yellowing 10 years ago. There have been problems with it. The shower light keeps flashing. I feel like I’m going to be electrocuted. 5) The door is broken if I don’t understand why. , Just put a small lock, it feels very insecure 6) Direct house keeping without any consent, I am worried about things or financial loss 7) The room equipment is very incomplete, and there are no hair dryers. Ask them to pick it up, and the receptionist actually gave it A rotten one asked me to return it as soon as I used it up, because there was only one in the entire hotel. 8) The pillows and sheets smelled very unpleasant and felt very unhygienic. 9) The last thing is that you will be upset because of one of them. The receptionist Indian man has a very problematic attitude. 10) We booked the deluxe double room, and he let us live in the superior room. I can only say what we can complain about. I really can’t finish it, very speechless.

Hotel have been renovated with new layout and managment. The rooms is great and very comfortable bed. Hot shower is function and the tv channel is okay. The price paid is with breakfast and surely very affordable for us. Recommended to everyone especially family because rooms is big.

Its have lift and is located at Kajang Town. Near to famous Sate Kajang and MRT Stadium Kajang. Its have been renovated with new layout and decoration. Love the room decoration. Recommended to budget traveler.

The location of the hotel is easier to find, the price is relatively close to the people, the environmental facilities are average, the decoration is old, it looks relatively old, the surrounding meals are more convenient, the service is okay, there are waiters who can understand Chinese, and it doesn’t matter if they don’t speak English. That's it, thank you!

The room (816) is spacious, clean with all basic amenities in the washroom, working air conditioner plus iron and ironing board, fridge and complimentary tea/coffee making facilities. Good view of the southside of Kajang town, MRT and KTM tracks is available from the room size glass window. The staff are helpful and meals are tasty and ontime. Only pool maintenance and in-house entertainment need upgrading. Poor TV signals have persisted for many years judging from previous remarks.
