We had a great time at this hotel. The staff was excellent, very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The hotel is well kept and you have dining options nearby and at the hotel.

So not bad at all. Stayed for about a week. Ordered lots of room service and drank at the bar. Room was wonderful. My only complaint was when I called room service one night and the guy was obviously annoyed, quite rude. I asked for the total of my order to have money ready and he judt plainly say ”no. Anything else? I responded no then he hangs up. No time or thank you. Other than that I enjoyed the security of the hotel, we left money out and maid service came by while we were lit and they didn't take it but instead changed our sheets, towels and tidied up my workstation (desk). Will be returning in April again.

Had a great stay!! The hotel far exceeded our expectations. We felt completely safe and the staff were friendly and professional at all times. The rooms and hotel were very well maintained and clean. Breakfast was great.

Although breakfast is included, it costs nearly $30 for two people. interesting. As long as you eat in the cafeteria, you have to attach it. I don't understand how the Mexicans counted. The breakfast included in the hotel is only 2 slices of bread, coffee and fruit.

Normal hotel Price of quality

Normal hotel. 3 minutes drive from the border. Walls of cardboard, you hear literally everything! Hot and cold water is there. Conditioner not included, it was cool. TV is not smart. Breakfast is included in price, delicious. The price is certainly high, but it is the best of such offers.

No parking for cars.

Location, cleanliness is good. There was no dryer. Not only me but also four acquaintances were the same, so there is no doubt. There is a club next door and I am worried about noise. The low vibration sound is very loud from 11pm to 4am, and earplugs are essential for those who are sensitive to sound.

I typically stay at the Fairfield when I come for med appts but a friend recommended so I decided to try. I explained my allergies/sensitivities and had hoped to pay later but they insisted I pay in advance. After just a few min in the room I was experiencing inflammation from mold exposure. I could see where it had been painted Over in the bathroom which is sadly common. I was late for Dr consult so I got ready for my appt and had to leave luggage downstairs at desk as I didn't have time to change hotels. When i returned they refused to give me refund as I had used soap and garbage can in my 20 min in room. I expected at least a partial refund. Very disappointed!
