Best El Sauzal Hotels

Took my family here for a short stay and we loved it. It’s your basic rooms, but the heated pool on the roof and drinks were awesome. Sad we couldn’t charge the drinks to the room and had to pay cash, but hopefully they’re working on that. We had dinner in the lobby restaurant and staff was nice. Typical hotel food that did the trick for this tired family… room and bed was comfy too. Not sure why this place gets a bad wrap. Also, as a platinum Bonvoy member, family got the free upgraded breakfast too.

By the sea, the location is great, the climate is cool, the rooms are large and quiet.

Excellent hotel, clean, decorated with very good taste beautiful the service from the waiters is very slow too slow it seems that everyone enters a computer and takes too long I ordered a few beers and it took 15 minutes to bring it to me and there was no one but us In the dining room the waiter forgot twice that we had asked for beer when we went out to the balcony in our room we did not notice pigeon droppings on the balcony floor and we dirty our room so they should do something with the pigeons also in the access to the beach you can not ask if we could pass in some way and they told us that on the side of the hotel but all the security said that there was no access finally a person let us pass very kind by the way the other day in the morning I went down to ask for a coffee and there was no change with the 200 peso bill that I gave them and it took them 10 minutes to give me a coffee and 10 minutes to get a change of the ticket. rto they could never change and I had to pay with a card the hotel in general is beautiful but the service in our experience was very bad but I do recommend it The hotel itself is very nice but does not have access to the beach

For Asian cultural people, this is a family hotel, the overall style is very American. The environment is good. But it was the worst experience: 1. I ate two 🍳 for breakfast. The yolk was not ripe. Maybe the bacterial problem of the yolk (not the sterile egg should) and then I felt a little uncomfortable after eating for a while. Then I started to vomit in the afternoon and burned. Fortunately, my physical fitness is good. The fever was reduced the next day. 2. There should be bugs on the bed, and the feet cannot be seen 😅😅😅 Fortunately, Ensenada is the last stop, otherwise I really want to die
