The hotel is in the suburban office area. Quiet and well equipped. The waiter will at least speak English. The reception German is very fluent. I was woken up by the phone at night and asked if I was parked in a charging parking space, which was very unreasonable.

We spent a long weekend at this hotel it was fabulous it was very welcoming and very personable. We stayed in the duplex room which was very well appointed and very nice there was a tub in the bathroom (a bonus). The hotel is located in a very peaceful and relaxing environment. Breakfast was provided and there was so much to choose from ...

We came back to Luxembourg after we got rejected from another hotel in Trier. NH Luxembourg was just the kind of hotel that you expect where resting and enjoying a stay is always as it should be. They picked me up from the airport, although it is not far from the airport but I arrived late. Friendly from the moment I called for the pick up. I also needed directions the following day and the lady and young man who checked me in helped with this. The room was lovely and clean and I had a nice view to the side. The bed was comfy and the bathroom very clean. I did have some noisy neighbours but as there is no telephone in the room couldn't let reception know. In the end I put earplugs in my ears. I slept well though. The breakfast was substantial and a lot to choose from. The manager at reception (a different one) called the bus headquarters to make sure I had the correct bus numbers for my very important day. What an incredibly friendly hotel. If ever you need to find something near the hotel I would suggest this one. They also have a bar and restaurant so that is good when you have time or need this.

Location 10 minutes walk from the Airport. The first stop (Senningerberg, Lou Hemmer) on the 29 Bus drops you outside the hotel. The 29 bus takes you to the city centre in less than 20 min. Airport shuttle to pick you up and drop you to the hotel. Check In Quick and Efficient Room The room was quite small but not too bad for a 2 star hotel. Television Many French Channels, 1 English channel (BBC) Breakfast Basic Breakfast - Cereals, Breads, Croissants, Boiled Eggs. I would recommend including a few vegetarian options Check Out Quick and Efficient I would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel within walking distance of the airport terminal with free parking. Room was clean and this hotel was a fantastic base for our trip to the Belgium Grand Prix at Spa - approx 75 min drive. The local shuttle bus into Luxembourg was over the road with frequent buses into town taking approx 20 mins. All public transport in Luxembourg is free so we visited town in the evening for some lovely food.

Just completed a 3 day stay while in Lux on business. For me the hotel is in a great location - just 10 minutes from the Centre via the free buses. The stop is literally outside the hotel front door. The hotel was immaculately clean. My room was a really good size with everything you could need. Wifi connection was excellent. Final word is for the lovely people who work here - thank you! You could have not been more helpful or cheerful which is really appreciated. As a regular visitor to Lux and having stayed in many different hotels, this will be my choice of hotel going forward now!

Be careful not to get this one mixed up with the other central hotel in Luxembourg, this one is on Rue Du Kiem in Neudorf (short distance to Kirchberg). Yes, there were a few niggles here and there, but my general feelings about the Central were good. The room was nice and modern, the bed comfortable and the room quiet and a comfortable temperature. We visited in October and all was fine, however the hotel does not have any air conditioning, so in the summer months, things may be different. Located in Neudorf, just across the road from the Mercure and close to bus stops. The hotel does have its own basement car park (chargeable), but the buses are so good (and free in Luxembourg) that you can easily manage without a car. Having the small kitchen area with kettle, fridge and microwave was handy. Getting from the airport is easy with just one change at Cents Waassertuerm. Catch the 29 from stop 3 towards Hesperange, Cité Um Schlass (be careful as there are two 29 stops – one for each direction, off at Cents, Waassertuerm. Go to stop 4 and catch the 7 or 25 and get off at Huesegrënnchen. Hotel is just across the road.

arrived at 23 past the hostess told me that he finished his service and that he will check us in quickly!!! staff lack of professionalism speaks loudly and laughs among themselves in front of the customers, 9am the maids are the souks in front of the rooms. mediocre breakfast for a 4 star hotel can choose. Bad experience!!
