For instance, when I asked if the curtains were manual or electric, they demonstrated how to close them but then reopened them, even though it was already 6-7 p.m. and completely dark outside. These small details reflected a lack of polish in the service. Another minor issue was at breakfast. Every morning, I chose cereal and was asked if I preferred coconut syrup or honey. I answered “coconut syrup” every time, but the staff still asked me the same question every day. While it’s a small matter, it suggests room for improvement in their service process. Overall, the Jetwing Kandy Gallery is a great place to relax and connect with nature. The rooms, pool, and surrounding environment are excellent. If the hotel could enhance its service details, such as being more attentive to guests’ habits and preferences, the experience would be even better.

The homestay was on the mountain. At first, the driver followed the navigation. The road could not be opened. The terrible we all got off the bus. The steep road was narrow and sharp. In fact, the main road was OK. The room is ok, clean and tidy, with nice mountain views. The hostess is very beautiful, the food is good, and the plate is also beautiful. not bad.
