Didn't see any staff (they left a letter at the Apar**ent main entrance, with instructions, pin for the main door and room number).
Apar**ent style with kitchenette, washing machine, & fridge. Have hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body foam, face/hand foam, but no safe.
Just drop the room key into a box near the main entrance lift lobby upon check out.

The room is small but very distinctive! The surrounding environment is also very beautiful. Very close to the beach. It is easy to go to see the sunrise!

I used it on a business trip to Yonahara.
The biggest reason I chose this place is that it is close to the office.
I think convenience stores are convenient because there are two houses of Lawson and seven eleven.
It is not uncomfortable with a pension suitable for staying for two or three nights.
The washing machine is not complete, so it may not be suitable for staying for more than 5 days.

The hotel is relatively old, located on a hill, and there are no convenience stores or shopping malls nearby. It is a hotel for physical and mental rest. 
Both front desk attendants and restaurant staff can communicate in English.
The Christmas buffet in the evening was delicious and also served alcoholic beverages.
The hotel is connected to a hot spring with floor-to-ceiling glass views. 
The hotel also has a Lounge with free drinks available.

The staff was friendly, the breakfast was delicious, the room was clean and the bed was great! We (2 adults and 2 children) did not specify a room type when we booked the room. When we entered the room, we found that the hotel automatically added 2 extra beds for us (the extra beds were also very comfortable to sleep on!) It was a great surprise!

Staffs are very friendly although speak minimal English. Nothing google translate cannot help. The unit is very well equipped. Near Daiso, supermarket and convenient store. Overall very happy with my stay.

It is about a 25-minute drive from Naha Airport. Parking is convenient for self-driving tours, and the facilities are complete. There is a laundry room downstairs. The room was clean and tidy, with views of the swimming pool and Naha city from the window. The family of three enjoyed their stay.
