I stayed here to visit the shrines around Chichibu! It's only a 4-minute walk from Seibu Chichibu Station, so it's very accessible. Very convenient. There are two convenience stores within a few minutes' walk, and a family restaurant as well. It's a typical business hotel, and the room isn't very large, but there's a table in addition to a TV stand, and there's also a place to store luggage, which was very convenient. From the room I stayed in, I had a beautiful view of Mt. Buko. Meals were included, and I think it's pretty cheap considering it's so close to the station.

However, I later discovered that there are indeed private baths (renti-kiri-furo) and Japanese ancient buildings, but the hot springs can only be found at Chichibu Onsen next to Seibu Chichibu Station. When I went there, many of them were closed on weekdays, and there were only 10 hotels. Sauna and hot bath, it's a pity that I didn't get to soak in the hot springs. However, the hotel service is very good. They provide maps and passports for visiting Chichibu, and also provide a very comfortable private sauna service.
