玄関までは階段であがらなければなりません。手すりはなく、雨露や雨などで滑りやすく舗装されてません。今回は年配の人を含めた宿泊でしたので、階段の昇り降りに手助けが必要でした。 また荷物を持って運ぶため、若い人で運ばなければなりません。若い方も荷物を持って両手が塞がっている場合は注意が必要でした。薪は店で買うのと比較すると割安です。硬い薪ですのでコツを掴むまで大変ですが、コツを掴んでしまえば火は長く付いているため割れやすいとい木より良いです。普段できない暖炉の体験は良かったです。コンロが最初つきませんでした。五徳をガタガタずらしていたら付きました。毎回の清掃時に点検していただけると良いと思います。わからないことがあったときのオーナーの方とのメッセージのやりとりは1,2時間でくることもあれば24時間くらいで返答があることもありました。今回は年末年始の利用で、おせちやお雑煮を食べながら富士山が部屋から見えたのでその点はとても良かったです。お天気だと良いと思います。

ロケーションも素晴らしく、建物、施設も充実していました。常に新しいタオルを補充してもらえるのもとてもありがたいサービスでした。 食事をする場所も広くゆっくりすごせます。 ４〜５家族で過ごすのには、旅館の個室を各々使えるので快適です。 キッチンは業務用の機材があり、食洗機があっという間に洗いあげてくれるので便利でした。 キッチンはもう少し掃除をきれいにしてもらえたらとは思います。せっかくいい施設ですので、お皿、箸などもよいものを選んであったら、イメージがずっと良くなります。 でも、とても快適に過ごす事ができました。また！ありがとうございました。また是非伺わせてもらいます。

旅行の良さは、１お料理　２客室　そして、３人とのふれあい　だと思っています。特に３は１、２がイマイチでも帳消しにできるところがあると思っています。 機械が苦手な主人が、私のために一生懸命、携帯とにらめっこして取ってくれたホテルがここでした。お値段も我が家にしては思い切りました。チェックインした後のウエルカムドリンクはワインやジュース、コーヒーなど飲み放題。気をよくした主人は、ワインを飲んでいました。お風呂をいただいて部屋に戻ると、うんうんうなってベットで丸まる主人。急な腹痛が襲ってきたようです。主人曰く、空腹にワインを飲んで、その後おなかを冷やしたかな、と。夕食の時間が迫っていたので、フロントに電話しようとしましたが、おばあちゃんの私には、携帯電話のような館内電話は？？？仕方がないので、フロントに直接「主人が急に腹痛を起こしたので、夕食、遅れます」と言いに行きました。フロントはすぐにどこかへ電話。「お薬ってないですよね」と訊くと「当ホテルには置いておりません。」「アレルギーのこともありますので。」さもありなん。さもありなん、なんですが、その前に言うことありませんか？お客が体調悪いと言っているんですよ‼ 冷や汗タラタラ、何度もトイレに往復した主人。食事を楽しみにしてきた私のことを思って、ふらふらながらやっとレストランに。そこで対応してくれたホール係の男性の優しく温かい接し方が、今までの気分を一蹴してくれました。「お寒いようでしたら、空調を変えますが」「フロントより遅れますとの連絡を受けましたが、大丈夫でしたか」「どうぞひざ掛けをお使いください」などなど、ひとつひとつの言葉が温かくて心地よかったです。お名前は佐藤さん。佐藤さんおかげでよい思い出ができました。本当にありがとうございました。フロントにも教えてやって。
