As a Japanese visitor, I felt compelled to share my experience in English for international travelers. We chose this hotel for a family celebration, yet despite the high nightly rate of ¥50,000, it appeared to prioritize style over substance, leaving us with a sense of inconsistency. On the bright side, the room boasted a spacious balcony, scenic views, and comfortable beds—features that might appeal to those seeking a retreat. - Dining: We had reserved a table at the lobby restaurant, but there was a glaring lack of coordination between our reservation and the staff. They struggled with menu details and serving, resulting in a disappointing dining experience. So we went to dine at a nearby restaurant outside of SORANO HOTEL, which offered better service and tastier food at a more reasonable price. - Service: Overall, both hotel and restaurant staff lacked hospitality. Their handling of tasks like check-in and check-out felt unpolished and unprofessional. However, there were a few exceptions, notably the foreign staff in the lounge bar, who provided exceptional service. - Eco-Friendly Concept: Despite promoting ”well-being” and ”eco-friendliness,” the hotel's practices felt inconsistent. For instance, the unlabeled and the unsealed water pitcher in our room, supposedly containing Fuji spring water, left us uneasy. Additionally, the bathroom's plastic cups were scratched and cloudy, lacking cleanliness.
Directly connected to the station, the front desk is polite and the amenities are no longer a business hotel. Choose your favorite from the bathing agent prepared by many types and go to the room. The elevator also needs a card key and security is high! The room was chic and cleaning was neat. The bathroom is large for a business hotel, the water pressure is also ◎ other multi chargers are in the drawer and the service is great. I heard the TV sound in the next room, but there was no problem in particular. 11F The room facing the south was a little tight with the lighting of the allera, but the night view of Hino was beautiful.
Stayed in Tachikawa for the first time in several years. I chose this hotel in a plan without being punished. I didn't expect much, but it was good because of it. The room feels like Nagaya in the Edo period. 304. However, the room was large and felt. It is negative that there is no BS. Overall old, the entrance is difficult to understand, and 1 floor is a restaurant. 2 floor is the front desk. The room is in front of the elevator, the soundproofing is terrible in the corridor and outside. I just liked it, including the plan. The location is good from the station in about 3 minutes, and I think I will stay again as long as this price is.
5 stars!!! lots of great foods / convenience store / post office / dry cleaning store options around! Time Share Rent car parking is right the other side, literally 1min walk that was also super convenient // Super Clean, Service is awesome, Stuffs are just so awesome, their hospitality is so good!!! // Lcation: i dared to stay away around busy train station area. that said we have to walk a bit but it's always fun to walk thru little street that has so many great foods, stores. & hotel locates in quieter area which i wanted, also was closer to where i need to go everyday. So it's all good for me. I will stay again for sure!!
The room is comfortable and the breakfast is rich and delicious. Overall it's good. It would be better if it could be closer to the station 😁 There are extra lotions and toiletries on the first floor of the hotel that you can take freely, and there are also ones just for children, which is surprisingly considerate.
A business hotel near the station, but not super near. The staff was very kind and attentive to our needs. The area is a little seedy, though.
Bed was surprisingly soft. Room was clean but some areas showed signs of age and disrepair that could have been attended to by the hotel staff
A nice stay at the heart of Tachikawa. Only 7 minutes walk from Tachikawa Station, via the back entrance. Check-in and out is seamless, using the automatic machines available in the receptions.
Thank you Emisia Hotel😍
This is a reliable Toyoko-everything is standard for a Toyoko and it is one of the few that are located close to a station along the Chuo line. Reason for 3 stars is that the breakfast on both days was noticeably less than other Toyoko's. protein was essentially only prepared fish. No juice; no condiments like jelly or butter. Can't go wrong with the price and if you want to be on the Chuo line, this is a good place. Just not in the highest level compared to others in the Toyoko chain.
It is a business hotel in downtown 3 minutes walk from JR Tachikawa station. There were taverns and ramen shops on the lower floor and it was a little bit at the entrance of the hotel, but it was felt that the guests were able to spend comfortably in interior, fixtures, breakfast, etc. It was a hotel that I could spend.

Ggarnet PrincessThe room was clean and spacious, and the front desk staff were very polite and very comfortable.
I thought it was great that I could use the large public bath in the main building. However, I was working and got back to the hotel around 9pm so I couldn't use it, which was disappointing. I'd like to use it again next time.
