Very nice staff and stunning view from the room. The open air hot spring bath inside room was incredible. Good dinner and breakfast. The only point is that the hotel only provide shuttle bus to Sapporo but not to Toya station.

Absolutely top modern hot spring resort hotel. The whole hotel is like an art gallery, with check-in spots everywhere. Dinner and breakfast are excellent, the overall style is Western, and there is harp performance during dinner. The bathhouse is too modern and simple without highlights, the location is a bit remote, it is best to drive

It was a very cozy small hotel with lots of personal service by the owner. She was at reception, personally serving food to us. The food was so good. We had dinner & breakfast included. Location just opposite the Lake Toya facing the center of Nakajima island.

This is an extremely nice and highly recommended hostel if you stay in Akan; The room, the meal and the onsen are so worth for you to spend the amount.

第一晚的房間，感覺很好，有點不想換房間了。但我的訂單，第二晚是四人間（我只有兩人入住），需要先退房再入住另一間房。在攜程和酒店客服用英文溝通，回覆消息很快。但是通知我需要十點退房，下午四點再入住新的房間。白天我們去洞爺湖乘船繞湖一週，湖中有小島，四周都是雪山，特別是羊蹄山景色很美。也去了火山科學館，看了影片解説，詳細介紹了1977年和2000年有珠山兩次火山爆發前後的情景，地表的變化和温泉的形成（發了耳機有中文講解）。回到酒店已是17:30，打開郵件查看新房間號和開門密碼。開門後讓我震驚了！房間真的很大很大，有一間卧室裏面有兩張1.5米床（圖2照片，我們沒用這個房間），和起居室連在一起的房間，也是兩張1.5米床，房間雖然大，但是很温暖，一點都不冷，得益於威力強大的加熱器（見最後第2張圖片）。起居室有兩個大窗户，早上太陽直接射到床上、餐桌上，沐浴着陽光吃早餐，感覺心情也是Sunny 。廚房用具很新，比昨晚的雙床房更齊全，電飯煲、咖啡機都有配。餐桌很長，可供6人用餐。智能馬桶也很温暖。真想住下來不走了。離開時我還想給酒店三個小建議：1、洗臉盆高度較低，需要彎腰使用，洗臉盆的鏡子很Mini ，而且很高，梳頭時我踮起腳，還有點看不到（見圖8）。2、衞生間是浴缸，浴缸的前面牆上，能否增加花灑的底座？因為我們都習慣洗淋浴（見圖12）。3、全自動洗衣機很不錯，但沒找到洗衣液。我到7-11買的洗衣液（見圖9，11），洗了幾條加絨的褲子。房間温度高，到早上衣服就全乾了，對還需繼續旅遊十幾天的我們真好。退房時，將門上的牌子翻轉後即可離開。帶上行李，我們步行五分鐘去車站，趕往我們的下一站—函館。再見！

At the time we stay in Toya Kohen tai hotel. We got rooms face to the Toya Lake, very nice senery and can see the beautiful lake and mountains. Hotel provide free parking space for the guests. Public Onsen at 9floor very convenience and open all day except 1-2am. Stop for cleaning,it's very nice and clean. Hotel's buffet is good foods and great view We stayed in the japanese style rooms, hotel are only prepared for the mattreess sets, we have to set up our own staying beds . We like this hotel.

The host does not speak English and Chinese. He loves cleanliness. He stayed alone and didn't meet. I saw the note printed on the door. The instructions were very clear. Just go to the room table and get the key. Remember to change your shoes upstairs and lift the stairs. You can't wear shoes when you enter the room. After check-in, I have to call the host and send a small gift, thank you. The bathroom door is not very flexible, but it doesn't matter. The host gave the Wanshige soup coupon. We booked a room for three people, but it only had two beds and two pillows. I chose a lake view room, but really only a small amount of the lake could be seen from the entrance. It was very old furnishings. You can heat the room. Ignore it because there is only a little warm air and there are really few varieties for dinner and breakfast.

This hotel is the biggest in the area. Amazing Breakfast, Great Onsen, Best views of Lake Toya. The staff were really helpful too. I was given a room on the first night with trees blocking the lake view. I requested for a different room and they upgraded my room for the 2nd night as it was fully booked ok the first night. I really enjoyed my stay
