There is also a ``private bath'' next door, large enough for three people, but still lukewarm. Borrow the key at the front desk and enter. The indoor bath is large enough for about 6 people, and the temperature is just right. Bath towels are available for rental (200 yen). The comforter was cotton and quite heavy, and it felt cold at night even in mid-October. There is a gas fan heater in the room, but it is centrally controlled and was not operating during the night when we visited. The room has a toilet with a washing machine. However, there is no refrigerator or kettle (and even a microwave), which are placed in the hallway as common equipment. Although the inn is somewhat inconvenient, I guess I should just concentrate on enjoying the bath without expecting too much.

The hot water is the best and the skin is smooth. The food was very delicious, but the amount was too much to eat. The rooms and facilities were old and disappointing, but the hospitality of the staff was great.
