I wanted to visit once. It would be a good idea to enjoy seven hot springs, but because the vacation village itself is one, I don't want to enter other places until I pay a day trip fee. There is no transfer bus from Lake Tazawa, and it takes 52 minutes by route bus and 840 yen. If the hot spring is the purpose, it is not necessary to stay in the vacation village on purpose, but I don't know anything else and I choose here because there are points that can be used next time. The meal was delicious with fried tempura, kiritanpo pot and daily sashimi (sai) in the basic buffet. The rice of the morning inland chicken was outstanding and the pudding was delicious. The scenery buried in snow is spectacular, but if you pay about 15000 yen, you will stay at a hotel in Morioka or Akita City, and you will return to the city on a day trip hot spring and eat your favorite meal at 10000 yen.

THis accommodation was a completely separate converted storehouse in a very historic and convenient part of the town. The reception staff at the main building close to the station were extraordinarily helpful and kind, and drove ahead of us to show us the way to the building. The building is a superbly converted spacious and very modern yet authentic space, with a fabulous downstairs bathtub (Olsen really ..) that can accommodate two (wonderfully cosy ..) and makes for an authentic Japanese bathing experience alongside the deliciously served breakfasts from the staff who appear at the given time. The upstairs bedroom is sumptuous and has futon style bedding but raised up somewhat which makes for a more comfortable night for westerners used to that height. Just about every possible amenity one could imagine wanting has been catered for, and we could easily have stayed more than our two nights with great pleasure. However, Kacunodate is probably ‘done’ in about 2 days, so long enough. We cannot recommend this accommodation highly enough!

I stayed for one night in a renovated Twin with half board. The rooms are compact and clean. Two bottles of water are also included. The cozy hot spring is also pleasant. It is the food that deserves special mention, and the dinner is quite good. Komagatake and Lake Tazawa can be seen from the observatory on the 5th floor, but water leaked due to heavy rain.

It was the first trip in a long time that I was looking forward to, but I was disappointed by the rain all day long, but I was able to relax here and feel relaxed. I took a private bath early in the morning to soothe away the fatigue of the trip. For dinner, there were many mountain vegetables such as mountain vegetables, and I was able to eat things that I usually don't eat. Since we have kiritanpo nabe and beef shabu-shabu, I don't think we need soup...? He was very happy to celebrate my husband's 3 days late birthday with a cake. The price is good, so I think I was able to go because of this GO TO campaign. Is it out of reach for ordinary people?
