This is the third time I've stayed here with my family to go to the Mita Premium Outlets. It's about a 15-minute drive to the outlets.
There are convenience stores and Aeon within walking distance, so you don't have to worry if you're late checking in.
There is no large public bath. The bathroom has a stylish faucet, but it's not a mixer, so it's a little difficult to adjust the water temperature. But the amenities are plentiful and it was well-received by female guests. The rooms are clean and have air purifiers, which makes it comfortable. The view from the pond side room is great.
The only disappointment is that there are no power outlets or USB charging ports on the bedside. This is difficult for the smartphone generation. You need a 3-meter extension cord to connect to the outlet next to the TV.
The reasonable accommodation fee is more than enough to cover all of that. I'll definitely stay here again.
Probably the best hotel near Santa Station.
The overall feeling is not bad, the room is clean and the service staff is very enthusiastic.
However, compared with their restaurant a few years ago, there are a lot fewer breakfast categories and the space is smaller, which is a little disappointing.
In addition, the socket in the room is under the table at the bedside, and the other is under the mirror of the table. The location is not too good. If the charger is slightly larger, it is not convenient to plug it in.
Oh, by the way, the hotel's free wifi is password-free, I think there is room for improvement in network security.

Very enjoyable 2 weeks stay during business trip to Sanda-Sasayama from Malaysia.
Location very near to Flower Town (Kobe Dentetsu) Train Station which is very convenient to access.
Also easy to access to department store AEON and Nishiyama Supermarket to get a foods.
The most delighted is free parking!!!
Thoroughly, myself very satisfied with hotel service, facilities and staff are very kind.
It is worth a visit to a place, the environment is birds and flowers, there are many places to hang out, very like the big colleges in Europe, there is a big greenhouse, there are many tulips, maybe not yet officially too many people, very relaxed.
Very clean! Very warm! The proprietress also personally introduced us to the story of the hotel and her own art paintings made of local plants and flowers!

A very satisfying trip. The room is clean and spacious, and the mountain view is beautiful. The food is very rich and exquisite, and dining in the room is a pleasure in the morning and evening. The bathhouse is also very good, and you can take a bath in the gold and silver baths at the same time. The opening hours are also sufficient, and there are private baths that can be reserved for a fee. We stayed for two nights and it was so comfortable😌
Friendly reminder, although we opened international roaming in advance, we still couldn’t dial the hotel phone, so we used the on-site email communication, and we didn’t expect the pick-up staff to come quickly. It is recommended that if you can’t get through the phone, in addition to email contact, you can also ask the service staff at the tourist center or the brother at the convenience store to help contact by phone.

The hotel is a very traditional Japanese family style. There are relatively few Chinese people. Most of them are Japanese locals or Hong Kong and Taiwan, and most of them bring children. There are two ********* girls who can speak Chinese in the hotel. Specific address: After getting off at Arima Bus Station, you can contact the hotel staff to pick you up at the station; you can also walk up by yourself, but it will be more tiring. It is an uphill road and it takes about 15 minutes to walk from the station. Since I didn't make a reservation for dinner, I went to make a temporary reservation. As a result, I communicated with the front desk staff for a long time because of this. They couldn't understand my English, and I couldn't understand their English. In the end, the Chinese girl came out to solve it. Dinner is Kaiseki cuisine, with a 100g Kobe beef set meal, which is about 12,000 yen (I forgot the specific price); there is also a 40g Tajima beef set meal, which costs about 8,000 yen;
The hotel's hot springs are divided into indoor and outdoor ones; the outdoor ones have gold and silver baths, facing the mountains, and the scenery is very good. You can enjoy the scenery while taking a bath;
In general, it is very cost-effective and worth staying.

Thank you for visiting ARIMA VILLA KINOIE's page.
This inn is a 3-minute walk from Arima Onsen Station, a 1-minute walk from Taikobashi bus stop, and a 10-minute walk from Arima Onsen's public baths.
Our inn, which is located along the Arima River and uses plenty of cedar wood, is a luxurious space that is limited to one group per day.
Another appeal is the quiet location where you can hear the murmuring of the Arima River.
From Taikobashi, there are direct buses running to Sannomiya, Kobe Sanda Outlet Mall, and Takarazuka.
There are also direct buses from Arima Onsen to Osaka (about 1 hour), Kobe (about 35 minutes), and Kyoto (about 1 hour and 15 minutes).
Long-term stayers are welcome!
Pets (dogs up to 10kg) are allowed to stay.
