Other than language barrier with the staff which is understandable, nothing else to comment on this hotel. It may not be your typical tourist hotel because the location is not near any famous attraction, but there are still places to go to when you are in Ibaraki. I booked this hotel because i will purposely meet a friend who lives in the area. Clean facilities and generous amenities are provided.

The location is very good, five minutes walk to the pick-up station, 3 minutes walk there is a 711, although the clerk is not very English, but they are very enthusiastic to help. There are several restaurants as soon as the tram stop comes out, 2 Rosen, but Rosen personally feels more expensive than the family 711. I have eaten 2 not bad, and the price is considered to be ordinary Japanese prices, which is0.5-1 cheaper than Tokyo. 711's own cocoa drink is recommended! There is also a Matsumoto Kiyoshi drugstore at the east or west exit of the tram station, on the second floor. There is also a big supermarket open until 12 pm. Go to Shibuya, Akihabara, the airport is about 1 hour.
Hotel: relatively new, this price is very good in Japan, it may belong to a small city in the periphery, so public transportation will also cost a lot of money. 15 flat, although I did not eat breakfast, I will provide replacement towels every morning. There is a large window, and the weather is good to look out and make people feel good. The environment is quiet. There is a small number of front desks that speak English, but it is self-check-in, which does not affect it. Toiletries are picked up at the front desk on demand. Girls skin care products are DHC, and they are also picked up at the front desk.
