Great location, lots of great restaurants and stores close by. The hotel is super clean and very welcoming. The staff at front desk are very helpful. I wasn’t super into the Japanese breakfast but they did have a good selection which changed most days. The rooms are a decent (for Japan) size. Would definitely recommend and will be back!

It's an old hotel, so there are traces of an old resort hotel. The facilities are old, but the interior is nice. There is a hot spring on the premises, which guests can use. There are no shops nearby, so we ate at the restaurant in the hot spring facility. It's inconvenient if you don't have a car, but you can get there by bus from Shinrin-koen Station on the Tobu Tojo Line. You can also get to the Fukaya Hanazono outlet by bus, so it's a good place to enjoy hot springs and shopping relatively close to the city center.

A 10-minute drive or taxi ride from JR Ogose Station, New Sunpia Saitama Ogose features an outdoor bath with a view. It was a short walk from Forest Park Station and it was nice to have a clean feeling. I also talked to several people at the front desk
Everyone responded with a smile.
There was no room bath and only shower room
There is no problem because there is a hot spring.
Breakfast was free, but it was enough to choose Western and Japanese food
I thought, well, there are few kinds of salads and fruits, and I'm going to cut costs here.
No problem in particular.
The staff at the restaurant felt good
I saw the kitchen glimpse when I went in and out.
There was a feeling of cleanliness and I was able to eat with peace of mind.
hot springs and rooms are also nice and compact
It was a sophisticated city hotel.

I felt like the dinner portion was a little small.
Instead, the breakfast was very substantial.
The hot springs were also great.
