Best Mori Hotels

Since I visited when I was a child, I visited with my own child for a long time. I was looking forward to going, but first I was worried about the lack of knowledge of the woman at the front desk. The guests were guided differently whether they didn't know it because the hot springs were free and the pools were discounted. The rooms were old but cleaned well and did not feel disgusting. Because rice is a Viking, I laughed about this. I think it is very good for children with facilities for children or a 200 yen ticket service for sweets. Generally, the customer service of the young female staff 々 is negative. The response of the male staff and the elderly staff 々 is good. and i might think a little bit about it again.

I was unsure what to expect as the hotel is slightly remote and we did not have a car. Read that there is a shuttle bus but I request twice on the schedule via trip app but received no response 🤨 Had to request a Japanese hotel that we stayed before prince to help us check out the timing of the bus schedule and we also went to travel information counter and finally got the timing. Phew. The staff at the hotel are very friendly. Special shout out to Peter from Canada who is born and raised in Hokkaido. He is such a nice and warm person who offered us lots of advice around Onuma. Prince hotel is very lucky to have a staff like him!! 👍

Relatively remote, very friendly staff 

This is the most satisfying hotel on this trip. The location is excellent. It's about a seven or eight minute walk from JR Onuma Park Station. We were pulling our suitcases and looking for the way that day. An uncle from the hotel saw us and came to greet us. The hotel is inside the park. The service is very meticulous. The supplies in the room were introduced one by one, and they also found the right size of clothes and shoes for my husband and children. The private bath room I booked included dinner and breakfast. It was so comfortable to soak in the hot spring while looking at the snow scene. The dinner and breakfast were also delicious. I will go there again in the future
