1泊2食で予約しました。 18:30にチェックインすると「19:00からの回で先に食事して下さい」と言われました。 レストランでの食事は時間が決まっているみたいです。 温泉はあとにして食事しました。 コロナ割引があったようで予約者が私に伝えていなかったため、私は身分証など持参していませんでした。 身分証がないと割引がないとのこと。 フロントでやたら身分証と言われ「ないです」と伝えると「じゃらんには書いてあります」と冷たい対応でした。 確かにじゃらんには書いてあるのだろうし、予約者が私に伝えていないのがいけないですが、チェックインで揉めたみたいになって幸先不安になりました。 レストランは部屋番号の書いた札がテーブルにあってそこに座ります。 先付などが並んでいて、温かいものはあとから持って来られました。 ミニコンロの鍋物があって「できたかなー」とちょこちょこ蓋を開けて見ていたら肉に火が通らないままコンロの火が消えました。 同行者が「普通は『火が消えたら出来上がりなのでそれまで蓋を開けないように』とかの説明があるものなんだけどね」と言ってたので、確かにその説明欲しかったなと思いました。 お料理はどれもとても美味しいです。 部屋もキレイでよかったです。 アメニティにボディタオルがないのが不便でした。 何度もお風呂に入る場合タオルはどうなるんだろうと思いフロントで聞くと「バスタオルは1枚だけです。21時過ぎたら風呂場にタオルなら置きますけど」と無愛想に言われました。 でも21時過ぎてもタオルはなかったので使ったタオルを部屋で乾かしました。 温泉はHPの写真を見てめちゃくちゃ期待していたけど泉質はどうなんでしょう？？ 濃い温泉成分という感じではなかったです。 内湯は特に銭湯っぽい。 源泉のままの風呂があって33度と低めなのですが、そこだけ浴槽（樽）の内側がオレンジ色でした。 ここだけは泉質が濃そうです。 シャンプー、リンス、ボディソープなどありますがボディソープがぬるぬるする安いものだったので、シンプルな石鹸が欲しかったです。 夜は23時までしかお風呂に入れないのが残念でした。 寝るまでに3回くらいは入りたかったのですが…。 翌朝は6時〜9時に入浴できます。 6時の早朝風呂は気持ちよかったです。 朝は薄いタオルが脱衣所にまとめて置いてありました。 昨日フロントが言っていたタオルだと思います。 朝ごはんがとても美味しかったです！ 夕食と同じ席に朝食のおかずがセットされていて、ごはん、味噌汁、サラダ、納豆、海苔、飲み物はセルフです。 お味噌汁がめちゃくちゃ美味しかったです！ ごはんも！！！ 味噌汁とごはんだけでイケるくらい美味しかったです。 おかずもどれも美味しかったです。 サラダの野菜も水切りがしっかりしてあって鮮度が良く美味しかったです。 お食事が美味しいのでまた利用したいです。
