The location of the hotel is good. There are many choices of dining and shopping within a 600-meter walking distance. It is close to the track and a little noisy. I noted that I requested a side that is not close to the track (at least one room). My friend is a light sleeper, but we were given two rooms that are not facing the track. They are very friendly, but there is still some noise (it depends on the individual). The hot spring is very good, and there are basically no people in the female hot spring (more on Saturdays and Sundays). The breakfast is great. The two flower and fruit and agricultural product markets opposite are very cheap to buy fruits! The sushi of Beihai cuisine nearby is fresh, delicious and very cost-effective.
I was looking for a hotel near the station near Kansai International Airport and chose this hotel. It's a 3-minute walk from the station, the service is good, the rooms are clean, free Wi-Fi is available, and the price is cheap. I would like to use it again.
Very nice guest house in traditional style, beds are extremely comfy, everything is clean. We will definitely return back.
Unfortunately we stayed very short time just for sleeping, so haven't seen many in this place.
It's quite far from the train station if you have luggage, it would be great if they will have transfer option.

The hotel location is 2 min from train station.
It is 20min by train to Kansai airport. Very convenient to catch morning flight.
Rooms are clean and reasonable size.
The gym, 24hr Hot spring bath, sauna is great.
The staff recommended a good Okonomiyaki restaurant just next to the hotel.
We enjoy our stay and will consider to come back again.
The BRUCE HOUSE provides a great place for travelers to relax after a busy day. The BRUCE HOUSE is an ideal choice for travelers who want to take in the sights and sounds of Izumisano. With Shinohara Railway Station just 400m away and Kansai International Airport only 13km away, transportation is very convenient. Seeing Izumisano's sights from this hotel is easy with Hit Rush, アリス泉佐野 and 二色浜公園 シェルシアター前 芝生広場 all close by. In their spare time, guests can explore the hotel's surroundings.
the hotel was nice. the private bathroom (that you can book, separate from the room) didn't feel very clean by japanese bath house standards.
it was very easy to take the train to the airport from here.
there is also a mall and supermarket next door.
The hotel is far from the station, but there is a shuttle bus outside the station. The hotel looks good, but the interior is an ordinary old-fashioned Japanese hotel. The soundproofing is Pupu, but I didn’t hear the sound of the road outside. Breakfast is very poor compared to other restaurants~ Maybe others can’t see it. Come out, things are not prototypes, such as fried onions wrapped in thick powder, I thought it was fried fish, there was nothing to eat, there were a lot of flight attendants and players inside, breakfast was late and crowded, it was temporary. One night, but the kind of hotel that I don’t want to go back.
Because it was Saturday, the hotel parking lot was full! We walked 2-3 minutes to the affiliated free parking lot🅿️.
Starbucks was also in a position where you could see it from the hotel.
The hotel building was very beautiful, and even the twin rooms were spacious, with plenty of room for a large rattle.
It seemed like there were quite a few guests staying overnight, but it was very quiet.
There was a large bath with natural radon hot springs♨️ on the first floor, and it warmed my body and made my skin shiny, making me feel very relaxed.
From the room, I could see the morning sun, which gave me a refreshing boost of energy.
Amenities, tea, and coffee tea bags were free🆓 near the front desk.
The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of Kishu plum-flavored croquettes and handmade tofu, and was delicious.
There was also mochi and the Kansai-style standard, the terrifying miso soup with white miso (today it was wheat gluten miso soup), which made for a good start to the morning.
From there, it's about a 30-minute drive to Kannonyama Fruit Parlour to enjoy their super popular fresh parfait for dessert!
