4.8/5
Outstanding
GGuest UserThe room and environment are great, and the service is also very good. I just asked the front desk to borrow an adapter, but there was no adapter. In addition, the Western food reserved for dinner was said to be the default on Ctrip, but I did not choose Western food. Why should I go to a Japanese-style hotel? Maybe they all ordered Western food, but after negotiating for a long time, they changed to Japanese food for one night. I don't know who should be blamed for this problem.
BBelleine NajacqueThis hotel is beautiful! We had pool/ocean view room. All the restaurants are reservation only. This is information that should be provided to guests prior to checking in, especially if you're staying only one night. Everything is a la carte and pricy. Seating around the pool is also by reservation only instead of first come first served. Breakfast was delicious and worth paying for in advance. Onsen was super relaxing with nice outdoor bath. Overall, the value for what I paid wasn't worth it, so I will not stay at this hotel again.
XXunxiangleIn Nishi-Izu, enjoy an exclusive sea view
Environment: The hotel is very big. There is an open-air swimming pool on the edge of the cliff and very complete hot spring facilities. The buffet restaurant is also very large, and Japanese people also come here for vacation. However, there are many children playing in the open-air swimming pool, so if you want to swim, you may not be able to do so. In addition, the hotel's facilities are complete. Only there is no gym. As a resort hotel, I think it should be equipped with one.
Service: Japanese people’s English still needs to be improved, especially in the service industry. in addition. Dinner rush hour. The queue for sushi and sashimi is too long. It is recommended to make more reasonable planning.
Breakfast: The breakfast is Japanese-style, and the ingredients are very fresh. But milk is often in short supply. It is recommended to replace the container. In addition, it should be based on the needs of foreign tourists. Add some western food.
Hygiene: Hygiene is very clean, just open the balcony window. The fence is rather dirty. The quilt was so old that the cotton wool had come out of the covering. It is recommended to replace it.
TTsusiethank you so much,...Trip.com for a reasonable price atagawakan hotel in izu peninzula. In front private beach, sky and sea view hot spring and luckily the fireworks in front of hotel aug.20,it's so fantastic. The hospitable of the staff, most of them are seniors...and the near attractions banana and alligator tour, there is a magical fruit there that when you eat this the lemon will become sweets,...and also the fabulous breakfast at room. But they don't served dinner, anyways there is an dining place around there...but need to walk uphill..everywhere there's a smoke of hotsprings.Want to come back here again next summer. The big wave of the beach are scary but there are so many so young and masculine lifeguards here, you can watch their rehearsal so early in the morning from veranda of the hotel together with the beautifull sunrise
SstellachenlyStayed for two days, breakfast and dinner were different every day, the quantity was too large to finish!
The service was quite good. It was very late when we arrived at the hotel on the first night, and we walked directly from the station. The next day, the drivers of other hotels waiting at the station also helped us to send us to this hotel very enthusiastically. I was very touched. I don’t know how to express it except thank you!
The room was very large and the sea view was beautiful. Even if the transportation was a little inconvenient, it didn’t matter. The hotel had a shuttle bus to the tram station. Izu is very suitable for a short stay of two or three days!
DDanielThe food and service was very good. Unfortunately, there was no hot water and no onsen to use on-site. Concidering it was advertised as an onsen hotel, with outdoor bath, this was very dissapointing. We did however have access to an outdoor onsen 200m/5 min walk away which was nice. While the tatatami room where we slept was clean enough, the bath section of our room was a little dusty, as was the rest of the hotel which is in need of a deep clean, new carpet and general refresh. The staff where lovely and very accomodating.
GGuest UserThe most satisfying stay in my life so far, facing the sea, watching the sunset, the moonrise, the sunrise, the waves, the sea breeze, even in mid-December, it doesn't feel cold, free to enjoy the Heigen Rock open-air hot spring, the rooftop open-air hot spring and the indoor hot spring, even the room has a hot spring bath. The room is also ridiculously large, and there is no pressure for five or six people to stay in it. The 720-degree sea view room, the price of this room in China is at least doubled. Highly recommended!
SShinianyijianThere are several hotels around Inatori, including Ishikaihana, Ginsuiso, Sanaza, and Hamanoyu. Only Hamanoyu is in the direction of sunrise. Inatoriso has a very oblique sunrise. The sunrise time in the morning is 4:10, which is pure. We paid to watch the sea, but the hotel service was mediocre. The receptionist came to our car to check in. He glanced at the suitcase and walked away deliberately, which was very disappointing! The Yumoto Hotel where I stayed the next day parked the car for us and automatically put our luggage into the room. Inatori So had no welcome service at all. Ginshuizhuang also has an all-day bar. Everything here costs money. On the 6th floor of the women’s floor with fixed hot spring bathing, ice water is not provided. There is no description of how to soak in the hot spring. You have to take a break after several baths. Even ice water is not available. It’s not provided, so I can’t rest. I just take a dip and then go back to the room. This innocent person pays the bill in the picture of Xiaohongshu. The large bathing spot on the rooftop is Xiaohongshu’s fire. There is only one small pool less than five meters long, and the other side There are three pools in the assistant management room. The two sides are separate. You can't soak with your face. After soaking, you can get dressed and run to the other side to soak.
LLThe staff are very polite and always willing to help. The room is big and comfortable. The sound-proof work is also effective, so I hardly hear any noise from rooms nearby.
However, note that the hotel is in the middle of a mountain. If you don’t drive, you have to rely on the car service which the hotel offers (free of charge but not always available). It is almost impossible to go by foot.
However, I must say the hotel staff has always tried their best to cater your needs, which I appreicate very much.
GGuest UserFirst Experience at the Hostel
Go out of the room to take a shower ok
But it's less trouble to go out of the room and go to the toilet
More and more shared spaces
Large lobby kitchen and fully equipped
Common toilets, small baths and kitchenette on each floor
