I stayed in the premium room ”Asian” with three families with preschool children. The hotel is close to Oarai Isomae Jinja shrine and is a good location from the back to Oarai coast. The building is old, but the building and the room were renumerable and very clean. The room has a great view of the Pacific Ocean. Wifi is also comfortable early. The room and the public bath are not hot springs, but it was very good if it was a hot spring. It is a little disappointing because it is a higher price range than the surrounding luxury hot spring inn at the price. The worst impression was the reception staff at check-in. The explanation is generally miscellaneous and the book is also instructed. I arrived earlier than 15:00 check-in, so I waited until 15:00 as I was told, but it seems to have actually entered the room immediately. I wanted to explain properly. There was no explanation of the rise and fall of the futon, and at the same time I arrived at the hotel with a bad impression. Other staff who contacted afterwards were kind and polite in the lobby, parking lot, buffet venue and anywhere, so only one receptionist might have been a little different.
